… To take pictures of themselves in front of a Church carrying a Bible?

I know Catholics need permission from their parish priest for keeping any kind of Bible that doesn't bear the Bishops Imprimatur, so that's not that strange.

Is it the belief of our Episcopalian bros that Our Lord said it was wrong to chase those who are desecrating the House of the Lord away with tear gas to stop them from burning and looting the church? I recall reading a couple of OT passages where those who desecrated the Temple or Ark were struck dead by Almighty God. Did that get rewritten.

I guess our Episcopalian brothers are not on board with the Bible as being the Infalliable authority, as they ignored 1 Timothy 2:11-15.

11 A woman[a] should learn in quietness and full submission. 12 I do not permit a woman to teach or to assume authority over a man;[b] she must be quiet. 13 For Adam was formed first, then Eve. 14 And Adam was not the one deceived; it was the woman who was deceived and became a sinner. 15 But women[c] will be saved through childbearing—if they continue in faith, love and holiness with propriety.

That's from your NIV

Or did "Bishop" Budde get it wrong and is playing far left radical politics here?

Episcopalians and Jesuits, as father martin sj kindly let us know (shortly after informing us that the the late mr. Floyd [the gay porn star, who died of a heart attack exacerbated by another gay porn start who was his acquaintance] was basically Jesus).

So yes, basically all covert worshippers of Satan need some luciferian pretext before they can ever use any religious symbolism in public, outrage at the burning of a Historic church obviously doesn't apply.

I thought it was madness to complain that the President of the United States promised to not allow one of the Churches she's entrusted to take care of not be desecrated.

But Catholic believe in the right of self defense and we, too, need permission for carrying an unapproved Bible. But I don't think the version of the Bible was her problem.

From what I've read, the Talmud is very hateful against Our Lord. Seems strange for a Bishop to say the Bible "Judaeo-Christian"

Not a subscriber to the Church Militant… but how is James Martin still in the Church? IF this is true (and I'm not sure it is) then "Father" Martin isn't even Catholic.

As far as I know the truth about Martin is indeed very bad. He has a horrid reputation in tradcath circles for openly promoting sexual vice, news of which I somewhat follow to keep abreast of what TPTB are up to.

It should not surprise you. Corruption in the hierarchy has always been a problem, not even since Judas but with the pharisees, scribes, levitical priesthood, etc. before him.

In recent years sexual deviance has been promoted anywhere the US of A has significant influence regardless if an institution is heretical or nominally orthodox. Rainbow heretics can say anything without being excommunicated, especially not by Rome.

Trump seems to badly want to be the ‘little horn’ from Daniel and the final king of the final beast in both Revelation and Daniel.

‘The glory of the kingdom’ is not given to him

‘He puts on great airs’

‘He’s reaching time the heavens’ (space force)

‘He insults three kings before him’

And yesterday he ‘stood where he should not stand’ (that church?)

I’m not saying I believe he’s what many Christians are calling the anti christ, but I’m slowly not able to believe he’s not. Maybe he badly wants to be. Thoughts? Also, the similarities between The Book of Daniel and Revelation seem to prove that Daniel should’ve been the last book of the OT. So now I guess we can add miss placement of the order of books as another mistake in putting the Bible together.

He has said homosexual practices are a sin, but only after writing a book about Catholics 'building a bridge' to LGBTQ that never even mentioned it being a sin. He holds to the bare minimum of what he's obligated by the church to believe but does everything in his power to push the envelope outside of that.

I know it's right to be disgusted, but at the same time, all of these people break my heart. Believe me or not, I've witnessed Hell…It is real. Everything you've been told is real (except the part about it being all flames: It's all manner of agony). And they're all going to it. A lot of people are, for that matter. This is not a smug judgement. Just a sad realization.

Without derailing too much, I'll just say that I consider some of my experience a misfortune. I do not believe in hell, but simply know about it. Among other things. But greater are those who do not see, and yet still believe. Honestly, people of genuine faith like that are my true heroes. I don't consider myself more blessed than them, and I've learned to tread quietly in telling my story, lest I give off the impression that my faith is more special. It's quite the opposite.
