I am a NEET shut in paranoid schizophrenic on house arrest (it's for the best). How can I celebrate the eucharist?

Email a priest and explain to him your situation. It will be better than what some random heretic or well meaning christian will tell you.
Just keep praying the rosary while you are under house arrest. Say it every day many times a day.

How exactly do you "give mass to yourself" exactly? You're not a priest therefore you cannot transform bread into the body of Christ nor wine into His blood. If you were a priest, you could celebrate Mass by yourself of course but you're not. The subject of the thread makes no sense.

OP is looking for an excuse. The only time the laity is allowed to perform mass or any of the Sacraments except baptism is in an extraordinary circumstance. Say there is a mass persecution an all the priests are dead or you crash on an island with some people and are the only one who knows enough about the mass to induct it to the best of your abilities.
Even in those cases though if you survive the ordeal and return to civilization you are expected to confess to a priest probably a Bishop so that your actions are recognized as such.
Being an anti social shut in is not an excuse however you may have priest visit you and deliver the Sacraments and watch a Live Stream of a mass like the bedridden are allowed to do.

Like others have said you need to contact a local priest, if you're Catholic/Orthodox a priest can bring you the eucharist. If you're not part of the Church then contact one about converting.

Because that's not Catholic communion, Buzz is a Presbyterian.

It isn't a sin to miss mass through no fault of your own. But you can get home delivery if you ask.

Pretty much this. Although I would go out of my way to meet with the priest one-on-one

Would be hard for house arrest, unless the priest came out to him

Are people that are under house arrest allowed to have visitors?
