Pajeet here,
>>The extreme pollution in India is the fault of Hinduism
Look up kasi on ganges river, they throw the dead body on river and it either rots there or the canibal tribe eats it, though the river is one of their goddess they have no sense on cleanliness
>>not industrialization and general overpopulation and poverty
Industrialization didn't affect it,
Overpopulation is a meme, it has to do with taxes and government policies, the people receive free rice and grains from the government which spiked the tax rates and affected the local agricultural market, it affects the poor people than rich but poor are dumb, all they see is free gibs
>>it surely has nothing to do with colonial rule at all…
If it weren't the colonial, there wouldn't be Christianity here,
In the place where I live, my caste women weren't allowed to cover their breast and men were slaved by the upper caste, the British armed us and helped us abolish the existing system and introduced Christianity to replace it (look up: Channar revolt) , not only that they also treated us good by building hospitals, university and schools which are still the best ones in the region, it receives fund from the Presbyterian church of UK and some Lutherans from Germany.
Sure, the Britishers did some bad, but the good which they did exceeds the harm done by them. If it weren't the British there wouldn't be Christians in India cause the Muslim emperors and Hindus were force converting Christians by then.

Hinduism is a socialistic religion by nature, a single book shelf in a European home would exceed the thousand years of Indian literature, unless you consider Hindu sophistry to be wisdom.

This, also britishers took interest in local languages and developed them further, the first ever book to be printed in India was a book of prayer in Tamil (By poortugese)
Some honourable mentions,
British built railways serves well to this day and they've built in places where it's impossible for Indians to build now.
British built dams which are strong and well till this day, some local Hindus worship the Britisher who built it.

The Britishers were not responsible for the drought, the Indian merchants charged super high prices for food, exploiting the market which resulted in deaths of millions.
Anyway mate, the colonisation is not bad as they teach at schools, funny how it is the westerners who think colonisation was bad while the older Indian citizens are grateful for the British.
Our education system shows British in bad light and millineals think britishers should pay reparations for it, it's no different from Jews who still cry about holohoax.
Recently the supreme court abolished the law which forbid gay marriage and sodomy, the law was made by British during their rule.
God save this heathen nation from damnation.
