I graduated uni as a quasi-NEET. Only went in for exams and the labs held once a semester. Skipped tutorial tests/quizzes and made up the marks scoring high in exams. I dun goofed though, I can't get a job because no internships or contacts (engineering). On comfy NEET bucks now so it all turned out okay

Not them, but I fucked up my on-campus uni attempt (out of highschool) by not doing any of the O-week orientation stuff (consequently not knowing where anything was or meeting anybody) and not attending tutorials/practicals (not meeting anybody) and spent most of my days in a mostly forgotten computer lab breaking into systems.

I can't technically graduate because my Uni requires a summer internship, despite completing all coursework. So I'm stuck in purgatory likely forever as I finished all coursework over 2 years ago, companies only look for 2nd and 3rd uni students for internships. I can survive on NEETbux for the rest of my life, not sure what will come of my debts.

Mechanical. Only study engineering if you will graduate with a HD average. Doable if you study hard and dont skip lectures and tests like I did. EE and software engineering are the worthwhile streams.
