Heh reminds me of when I was visiting my GF/Mommy in the hospital and I didn't bring enough diapers (I wear 24/7) so while she was away getting tested on I had to ask one of the nurses for a few of their diapers.

They do make disposable swim diapers for adults! Theyre called Tranquility Swimmates. They are really fun! Wearing them while swimming is a very interesting experience. Almost like wearing diapers in zero gravity.
Definitely wish I could wear swimmies with cute designs.

Not quite. Swim diapers are designed to not allow much flow of liquid in and out, and to keep shit inside the diaper. Most PUL lined cloth diapers I've seen wouldn't work on keeping feces contained. The adult sized ones I've seen don't have enough elastic in enough places to do that. They work great for diapers otherwise, though.
If you aren't worried about that, then why worry about a swim diaper? Everyone pisses in the pool.

Has anybody ever heard of these? anyone tried them? It seems to me they would be super effective. I wonder though how effective they would be at containing odor. I feel like they may do so really well, or not at all. My understanding of neoprene is that it is totally watertight, so not only will it contain things if you poop, but if you pee in them it should also contain it pretty well, assuming the leg guards are tight enough.

Those are flatlock stitches so the material is mostly flat. They are really meant to be looser in the crotch area so the sizing looks off. It's pattern is based off of one's I've seen for kids.
I would try sewing some neoprene but I don't know what material the leg gathers are or how easy it is to come by. I like the look of splash about but I also want the vest to complete the look. I wouldn't ever use use them in the pool(maybe on the way back or in the tub) I just would wear it for looks.
