I had an unprecedentedly odd experience recently and I'm curious if any anons have had similar experiences or know how this could be possible.
I am an early riser and keep my phone across the room so that I am fully conscious and awake when I get up to turn it off and start my morning. My alarms are set at three minute intervals and I rarely ever need more than the initial five o clock wake up. It was almost pitch black and I decided to get back into bed to hold my s.o. until my 5:03 alarm. I get back into bed, eyes closed from the phone brightness and extend my arm in order to cup her body and pull her closer. My fingertips barely brushed her edge of the bed and I noticed she felt a tad bit skinnier. My initial thought was that she may have her torso a bit twisted so that it only feels like she's a hair smaller. I then noticed her breasts felt a little smaller but not by much. I shrugged it off as her falling asleep without her bra and proceeded to hold her for slightly less than three minutes before I got up to start my day. I felt ethereal bliss like the peak of uncut heroin; the feeling of holding the person whom with you are in love with as you both die with a smile in the perfect environment at peace with life.
Here's where it gets weirder: the same exact overwhelming feeling was radiating from her ever-so-strongly and there was a smile on my face. Synthesia is a common, everyday thing for me, so the ever-increasing cycle of mutual feeling got stronger and stronger to the point where time seemed to "slow down" for lack of better term. My 5:03 alarm went off and I got up and said, "It's okay baby, I love you," in case she was spooked by my obnoxiously loud alarm tone. I made my way downstairs and lo and behold, she accidentally fell asleep on the couch hours before. What the actual fuck.
I had her go upstairs to get rest in the bed so that she wouldn't wake up with neck or back aches and sat in the darkness and tried to wrap my head around this. I have a long, unbelievable history with all things hidden and yet I have not once ever heard of something PHYSICALLY manifesting itself without a host. Whenever I have had illusions done to me, they have always been horrendously terrifying and crafted by someone/something with malice as the intent. This thing felt like it had finally been free after being shackled for aeons and came to me before anything else. To my knowledge, I have not made a conscious effort to help any demon other than when there is mutual self interest. What my s.o. and I share to be felt by this entity towards me and to let this be known in meat space, well, it makes me a bit uncomfortable.
I know there was a sort of shifting in the ranks and leadership change in Hell recently, but I recall no such being whom would have served a sentance and come to show its love and gratitude to me and want me to feel safe. I cannot stress the fact enough that I was fully conscious and awake during all of this. Any ideas/information on how something could physically manifest without the intention of harm?

Well, in icelandic sagas and folklore, ghosts are very commonly known for manifesting physically, especially strong ones.
In the story of Grettir the outlaw for instance, he encountered a ghost named Glámur, whom he had to wrestle to get it away from him. There are also more tales and anecdotes of people and who have had to physically fight the ghosts to get them away form them.

This is where it gets weird, anon. I saw this person years ago and somehow, I knew who they were. I've seen them a couple more times and had indescribably coincidental circumstances as well as dreams where I lived with this person in the future. Every time I'd do it again, it would pick up where it left off before. Coupled with precognition and doppelgangers even the closest of my loved ones have mistaken for myself; this person exists. It almost physically hurts sometimes when I think about it or try to understand whatever all of this is.

Very helpful, anon; thank you. I recently started reading Jung's "Man And His Symbols" and learned much already, but I will definitely keep searching. The variable of upmost oddity has to be that this person actually exists here in meat space. A human (to the best of my knowledge) that others dear to me could bear witness to seeing first hand rules out schizoaffective; which is precisely what throttles this into the next level. I can't explain why a someone purely human would feel nothing but love and a desire to protect me. Perhaps my own cynicism I try to curb works against me. I will add that those who would bear witness have only seen this person while physically around me or right before weird things happen in my life.

I had a similar experience in college. Mind you that I've had plenty of sleep paralysis and experiences of sucubi. This was different. It did occur during an episode of light sleep paralysis. She was clinging onto my back and seemed scared or in need of help. I thought of it at the time as a positive experience. Now, I'm catholic and my interior life is more orderly.
The experience didn't come from above. It was probably a projection from some deep layer of the soul. There was lots of energetic sexual frustration during those days.
