I'd like to know what /x/ thinks what paranormal story or case is the most credible. Credibility can be amount of witnesses, consistency, authority, or whatever is most logically believable.

Personally, don't know what I myself would call the most credible case , but that's why this thread is here.

 No.21083

No matter the credibility of the one reporting something, it will always get dismissed as either crazy talk or attention seeking. It's unfortunate. Government figures, astronauts, commercial or military pilots… it doesn't matter who says something. There will be some that won't believe anything unless it happens right smack dab in the middle of the superbowl or some other live broadcast shit. Even then, people would go 'lol cgi hoax'.

 No.21088

Unless a 2000 year old collection of fairy tales said so.

Oh look a fedora

I dont know if you will pedantic about "paranormal" but the best case of something "else" is the battle of LA.

Few months after pearl harbour so americas west coast has never been on higher alert. They practice daily on shooting craft out of the sky. There was multiple radar stations tracking something off the coast that just vanished not long before this sighting happened. Thousands and thousands of witnesses. Its shit tier but a photo was front page news.

Any chance we can have this thread without the fedora tippers dragging religion into it?

 No.21173

As far as I can tell, "fedora" means something like "You are smarter than myself, which makes me butthurt".

So please tip away, it massages my ego. :^)

 No.21199

if there was a way for me to get rid of the CP threads and fedora posters, i could.

it bugs me as much as the next person.

if you do not have anything that can relate to the thread, just lurk.

Honestly I'm going to ask hotwheels for the board. It's obvious the BO has fucked off

I've decided to resurrect this terrible thread to post this article that I've just found on Mysterious Universe.

It's a story about a town that was hit by a tornado and many children reported seeing "butterfly people" that protected them and in some cases saved their life.

Next time you hear someone say that the modern idea of fairies is just a Victorian invention, tell him about this story.

What does everyone think about the Amityville case? It seems strange to me that everyone was killed in their sleep without waking up.

 No.28751

>>28750

I don't know, what did he use to kill them? If he used a gun with a silencer, it wouldn't be that strange. What's paranormal about the Amityville case anyway? I mean, it's not that unusual for men to kill their families… Was there any evidence that the house was haunted?

 No.28752

If I recall correctly, he had a rifle with no supressor, and some neighbors heard the shots. And there was no sign of restraints used on the victims, nor drugs in their system.

Uhm… okay, I don't know how to explain that.

Did they ever test the family for drugs?

Maybe he dosed the dinner that night.

I listen to a lot of Mysterious Universe, but I rarely remember much of it. This is different - it's a time travel story that's actually pretty believable. Will keep you on the edge of your seat, at least.

That was something interesting. I'm surprised I've never heard of that device before since searching it led to many websites discussing it. Glad there are still new stories to come across.

Ok, wtf, now just hold on a second here. At certain points in time, i get visions and I draw them, also I live in KC, MO. But, one time in 2009 while listening to some cocteau twins I got an extremely clear vision of something that almost looks just like your pic there. I mean, when I first saw your pic there i Immediately thought of what I drew (also, when I had the vision, the fairy had butterfly style wings, like with the thick black border and everything). Then I read the post and nearly shat a brick.

Dude I cant believe im saying this but we need to check Missouri for fairy activity, something is going on here.

Fairies are dangerous though. I mean, they're unpredictable and get pissed off easily if you try to steal their secrets.

>>34892

I'm a horror movie fan and I've never seen a suit that looks that good…

 No.35369

If it was credible, it wouldn't be paranormal.
