I have a huge weak spot for vore artists self-inserting as the prey in their pictures (when they're girls or cute boys), especially when they explicitly reference it in the picture's title and/or caption.
Obviously I only enjoy it when it fits my overall vore preferences (monster/creature predators on female or cute boy prey), so overall it's pretty rare.
The best examples that come to mind are Scaylid00d, and one specific picture commissioned by Sakao that I can't find anymore featuring the artist he commissioned being eaten by a snake.

am really into preds as prey though in general. always seemed strange that it isn't a more popular narrative, fits into domination easily. hunter becomes the hunted and all that. could even work like vigilantism into it, or monster-that-kills-monster type stuff, i know there's like some kind of vampire that drinks the blood of other vampires, shit like that.
not to mention swallowing a pred with a full belly is like double the fun.

Pred vs pred is a super popular narrative in written vore. It's fairly common in short stories and it's a staple of vore interactives.
I think illustrators find it hard to satisfyingly show pred-as-prey in a single image, so they have to either do sequences, carefully tread with background elements and dialogue, or use meta elements like title and description to mark the prey as a pred.
