Przerabiałem w życiu LDki, powiem że to lipa jest. Ruchanie we śnie jest tak emocjonujące jak oglądanie pornola w 3D (w realu jest 4D, a nawet 5D). Po epizodach gwałcenia w LDku miałem problemy z ponownym uzyskaniem LD. Niby niewinna zabawa, ale jednak czy to może być prawdziwa istota żyjąca gdzieś w astralu, a może i gdzieś w prawdziwym świecie? LDki to ciągła walka z mechanizmami zabezpieczającymi. Dałem sobie spokój, mimo że miałem stabilną pracę 7-15 pn-pt to nie pasowało z czasem. Najlepiej wychodziło gdy się przebudziłem w nocy i nie mogłem zasnąć, to płynne wchodzenie w sen widząc hipnagogi przypadało kiedy trzeba było już wstać do pracy. Obecnie od czasu do czasu doświadczam soft-LD, kiedy we śnie poczuję senność, albo zauważę znaki snu i zrobię TR. Nie staram się przejmować kontroli tylko obserwować.

Przeciwnie. Mając minimalistyczny zarost (lekko zapuszczoną brodę i wąsy) oraz fryzurę wyglądam normalnie. Na szczęście zarost nie rośnie u mnie jak u drwala od ucha do ucha.
