Sąd Rejonowy w Wałbrzychu umorzył postępowanie ws. 13-latka, który w sierpniu ub.r. zadał śmiertelny cios nożem 29-letniemu partnerowi matki. Według sądu chłopak działał w obronie koniecznej.
Za 13-latkiem po zdarzeniu wstawili się m.in. sąsiedzi. - Ten trzynastoletni chłopak był bardzo pilnym uczniem, z domu nie wychodził, bo nie chciał… On się tylko uczył. Nikt o nim złego słowa nie powie. Po prostu puściły jego nerwy - mówiła jedna z mieszkanek Wałbrzycha w sierpniu ub.r. w rozmowie z programem "Interwencja".
