Ty myślisz że w korpo na niskie stanowiska na działy z dużą ilością kandydatów jest inaczej? Pracownik doświadczony który zostaje i domaga się awansu jest trochę kłopotem, bo teoretycznie to nadal jeden pracownik, ale trzeba więcej płacić.
Dlatego to jest tak pomyślane, że awans jest trudny (zwłaszcza pierwszy) tak, by pracownik szeregowy nie siedział dłużej niż te 1.5 roku i potem myk i jest przemiał, nowa partia powtarza cykl i jakoś to się kręci.

Oskarka bez doświadczenia trzeba 3 miesiące uczyć wewnętrznych systemów i jak napisać maila witam z poważaniem, potem kolejne pół roku zawraca dupę seniorowi co godzinę, po roku to się staje jako tako samodzielny i wtedy zaczyna przynosić jakieś zyski xD. Cały proces nieudanej rekrutacji, przy odejściu pracownika po 3 miesiącach gdzie nic nie wniósł do firmy wynosi 92k PLN - i to mowa o gównostanowisku za gównopensj.
