Przeciwko mojemu byłemu partnerowi toczy się postępowanie w sprawie niealimentacji. Wystąpił z nim Gops. Wiem że pracuje. Przyznał się iż dostał umowę ale tylko na 1/4 etatu więc nic mu nie zrobią. Jestem pewna że jednak dogadał się z pracodawcą co do umowy a w rzeczywistości pracuje na pełen etat. Słyszałam że weszło prawo które karze pracodawców za ukrywanie alimenciarzy i wystawianie fałszywych umów o pracę. Chciałabym aby mój były partner zaczął Wkońcu spłacać dług wobec dziecka. Proszę o radę co powinnam zrobić.
Czy mogę złożyć odrębne zawiadomienie do prokuratury mające na celu ściganie byłego partnera?
Gdzie powinnam zgłosić fakt tego iż pracodawca kryje alimenciarza?
