Anon zarządca here- tu mamy do czynienia z tzw. "mismanagement of expectations", złe zarządzenie wymaganiami plus absolutnie chujowe zarządzanie zmianą (ang. "change management") plus fatalnie przeprowadzone transition. Normik przyszedł do loszki z szablonowym, pozornie dobrym rozwiązaniem, natomiast nie wziął pod uwagę, czego tak dokładnie wymaga lokalny zespół. W rezultacie przeforsował swoje rozwiązanie (często tak się dzieje) które pozornie działało, natomiast delivery team tylko pozornie przejął nowe (bo mu kazali no i jak jesteś "resisting innovation", to w korpo gorszy zarzut niż herezja) i nie miał powrotu do starego, sprawdzonego procesu. W rezultacie zostaje z niczym i dlatego się wkurwia.
To jest tak naprawdę komiks o zarządzaniu.
