A ja mam pizde Po melissie i chce wypróbować tego słynnego oddychania holotoprowego xD, na razie
eksperymentowałem sam, po 10 szybkich głębokich oddechach wstrzymałem powietrze, to czuć lekka fazę, miałem wrażenie że mózg mi się zaraz rozpierdoli od tego ciśnienia no i nogi mi zdrętwiały, wiec trochę się boję to powtarzać i nie wiem czy warto xD

walnąłem koniec końców tak jak już mówiłem to 0.8, ale od przebudzenia się prawa strona twarzy mi kompletnie wymiękła i nie mam czucia od ucha przez policzek aż do barku, a twarz mam skrzywioną jak pic rel tylko usta mniej
