Czasami trzeba wybrać, anon. Ja zawsze wybieram dobro większej ilości ludzi i bliższych mi osób, plus zwykłego pracownika, a nie menadżerskiej kurwy. Podjąłem w pizdu wątpliwych etycznie decyzji, jeszcze więcej po prostu błędnych. Koniec końców zasada utylitaryzmu się sprawdza, lepiej spać w nocy.

wszystko brał do siebie przez co urządzał na spotkaniach gównoburze, współpracować z innymi nie chciał "bo ludzi nie lubi" więc jego taski wisiały tygodniami a później bez żadnego statusu wylatywały do kogoś kto robił je od zera. Integrować się nie chciał "bo on lubi w domu siedzieć" więc ludzie plotkowali o nim i z czasem sami go unikali. Nie potrafił się często wysłowić przez swój brak zrozumienia tematu, więc każdy feedback traktował jako atak na siebie.
No ogólnie słaby był i miałem przez niego więcej roboty.
