Well at least the OP image has good taste, small girls in Danganronpa are delicious. The best scene is probably watching nurseslut die for killing best girl, worst scene is finding best girl dead.

Super Danganronpa 2 is one of the greatest mystery games of all time. I hold this position because the cases manage to be challenging despite being extremely fair. In Danganronpa 2 (and 1) you are given every piece of physical evidence to examine and consider before the trial starts. Despite this 2 manages to be one of the more challenging games out there (I only knew who the murderer was before the trial began in 2-4). I do not hold 1 in the same regard due to it being much easier (I knew the culprit before the trial of every case besides 2-2). New V3 I found to be nearly as challenging as 2, but I feel it falls short due to its 5th case being a copy of 2-5, being slightly less fair to the player than the previous two entries, its ending being jokingly foreshadowed in 2, etc.

Also there are several new games Kodaka and friends are working on I'm going to be embedding in this thread.

In terms of favorite scenes it has to be the second half of 2-5's trial, where you're being whipped around trying to comprehend the motivations and machinations of a dead man

Tribe Nine

Here is the trailer for a new game by Danganronpa's director/lead writer and character designer. I don't really understand it at all? Why are they playing super baseball? If anyone has any ideas or theories please share them.

Death March Club

Here's the trailer and some gameplay footage for Death March Club, a colloboration between Kodaka and Uchikoshi of Zero Escape fame.

Somehow it manages to be more intelligible than Tribe Nine.

Lastly, the game Death Come True just released, which Kodaka was apparently the lead writer for. I don't know what's the deal with it or if it's any good, it literally just released within the last week.

I agree, game 2 had a lot of great fully solvable mystery setups. I loved the gimmick with 2-4 having the mystery with the elevator, it was easy to fully solve that in your head if you thought about it, long before they point it out. Getting to see from Nagito's perspective for a while was insane, especially the Russian roulette. I'd have to put that as my top scene from the games.
