Why don't they fix the spawn problem for mobs, redstone and villagers?
They work very badly, they don't look like Java, I don't understand MS, they have so much money and they can't improve the most played version of Minecraft, I would start firing people if they were.

Because the issue is minecraft is one of the most important PC games on the market and the express goal of development, at least with bedrock is to fuck over Mac and Linux first with feature parity and user base segregation over actually making shit work like the Java edition where the core of the user base is because it's fundamentally a problem for Microsoft as gaming is one of the only things keeping windows alive and a monopoly in home computing.

With Vulkan and C/C++ you could make it run on every fucking OS on the world.
There'd be absolutely no problem providing binaries for all Linux and BSD distros.
However Vulkan is also competition for DirectX. They just want people to buy Winblows.
That's also why they don't make the netcode compatible with the Java edition.

well the thing is the people who play bedrock arent going to go play java so they dont actually know whats wrong with their game. bedrock improves on a lot things java lacks and vise versa. MS only cares about money when it comes to minecraft so instead of fixing things they would rather monetize. 1.16 for bedrock brought emotes.

No it's not. It's a BSD knockoff with Wayland before Wayland was a thing.
