Started replaying Outward with the new DLC, I know that it might not be the most popular game but there's nothing else to scratch my Gothic itch and I can overlook its flaws.
Currently going for a Hex Mage build, it's a nice addition to the magic classes, will mix in Cabal Hermit for stronger boons but am undecided on the third class. Maybe Speedster for that sweet 40% CDR.
Notable things
>2 new classes (Hex Mage and Speedster)
>New faction complete with its own city and world area
>Bunch of new weapons, armor, crafting ingredients, food etc.
>Enchanting system, adds various effects to items
Most enchantments can only be applied to a few specific items but there are also a some universal ones which work on everything. It's implemented in a nice way that opens up further use for weapons and armor that got left in the dust by stronger options.
