Heavily coordinated co-op in that mp4, and against an enemy that isn't supposed to fight back or try to dodge/block (for reasons). Also an equip that lets you skin a given character with another's artes/visuals while using the original's stats. Just saying. I think they also might have been trying to keep a beat with the music too.
Wild Arms on the whole isn't especially flashy, and even with 5, you won't be pulling off Finest Arts for a long time (mediums and combination arts just require Force though). So it's more an occasional thing, and unlike Tales, is turn-based. At the very least though, you can expect excellent soundtracks from just about any of them, and with 5 they went all out with a two volume, six disc OST.
Tales though is thoroughly real time, barring I think ND1 (kind of hard to get the series' LMBS working right on a Gameboy Color), Summoner's Lineage (apparently a Tales skinned sequel to some other game), and I assume the tactical spinoff on the 3DS, and while the older ones left the flashy visuals more to spells and summons (with Graces though, even melee artes all have an element or attribute to them), combat still tends to be fun, if somewhat unrefined the earlier back you go. Some of the games even let you equip weapons or set skills that set all output damage to 1, just so you can fuck around with seeing how big a combo you can get when you're not at risk of killing a monster (or reduce various meters in Vesperia for better drops/gald/exp). And of course, some of it requires both getting good at arte flow, and having the resources to keep it going, in which the nature of CC/AC works more in favor than TP and orange/pineapple gel consumption.
If you haven't played them before, I'd say Eternia, Symphonia, and Vesperia are pretty good starting points, if not as flashy, and Graces for better or worse isn't exactly the most apt representative of the series on multiple fronts. Just be aware that for some, starting with more recent entries can make it harder to go back to the earlier ones.
Destiny DC English never ever.

I was surprised it took that long for weapon switching to become a thing. You'd think Bamco would have made more of a note to try it sooner with Tales after having published .hack//G.U. for CC2.
Speaking of, G.U. is somewhat flashy, and aided by the fact that you don't have to dig in the fucking menu every time you want to use a skill. There's still a lot of prevalence on the normal attacks, but skills feel satisfying to see, Rengeki adds a timing element, gaining the ability to trigger switch makes swapping weapons feel fluid, and Awakenings are also cool. And then there's the Avatar/AIDA battles as well.
