Nah, this program couldn't exist without existing art.
If you can't figure out what this program is doing, it scanning though a library of real paintings and selecting parts that most resemble the image you uploaded, cropping, adjusting the size and color to match.
It's not that complicated. Only thing that is impressive is the speed and accuracy it can accomplish this.
It's why the eyes, ears and nose, along with the perspectives look completely different from the image you uploaded. Because they belong to some real random artwork(s).
