A thing a lot of people forget is that a bunch of these reviewers are likely throwing stuff out as fast as they can to prove they are right, with even the main leaker being proven wrong a few times, and that for the moment the game is still half embargo'd. No content on the second half.
I've also got a suspicion that they likely have been super focusing on one particular route; Edelgard since the gay options seem mostly her faction and the one healer chick from another. I also don't trust them to actively try and see the S ranks to the end, since I do recall some older S ranks being more bros or familial.

The leak had these characters as same sex romances back in April and now this screenshot more or less proves it's true. They are happening. This is real. I honestly don't know what else to tell you. I think doubting at this point is basically just burying your head in the sand, but I guess if you won't believe it until it's right in front of your face I won't stop you. As for the timeskip, we know plenty although not everything. You are correct in that not every character is available in every route. I think at least two students in each house are locked into that house's path. Their lord and their second in command, basically. The others will be locked into their respective houses, but by doing certain things in the pre timeskip era you can poach the minor members of other houses to your own class, which will also effectively save them when everyone starts fighting an killing each other in the second half of the story. It's not clear right now how many you can poach. The game has time like Persona so there's only so much you can do. I'm sure people will figure out min-maxing guides on how to do it optimally eventually.
But still, I would say the gay romances are about 99.9% confirmed at this point. I see no reason to doubt the leaker when everything else has been right.

While you can S rank, the highest ranks in Echoes which had those final supports making relationships in the epilogue didn't always happen. If they have taken cues from Echoes, then these final S ranks could cover more(it would make sense for the older male 'gay' relationship who happens to have a Wife. Either a squire or bro before hoes sorta thing.). Even got some final supports in the likes of Sacred stones where its Father and Son.
We also saw a few screens of that, but not his ranks with other houses. Honestly, it's more likely A and S rank supports with other houses is impossible unless you recruit them, which would make sense. We do see the church, but neither the blue lions or golden deer. We also don't see the female side and if the S ranks change in the seiros side. The screen shots are all over the place and again, we have people saying they are romantic relationships, but no transcripts or screen shots of these S ranks.
It's not even a matter of digging my head in the sand. They do this the whole time with games. We have the S ranks, but we don't know where the S ranks go or the how or why. Maybe the one guy divorces his wife. Maybe there was no wife.
As for Thanibomb, a lot of the things involving their predicitions seem pretty basic and wide. Canto is a given, rescue has a good chance of popping up, and the bit about the weapon triangles and pegasus using bows are sort of wrong(the triangle is hidden under skills, and any class can use any weapon. Pegasi knights just don't use it as their primary weapons). This sort of vague answers and information can easily be right due to technicalities and other things. Even the number of tiers is vague and easy to guess because trainee and master classes are a thing and we already saw commoner and nobles(It's also wrong, since there are five tiers. The starters, Beginners, Intermediate, Advance, and Master Class. Can also be right if you remove the noble/commoner class, but there is that vague bit again.).
Its an important thing to remember. While there are bits of truth, the meat and specifics are not generally looked into by leakers and first response journalists. They want the stuff out fast. So yeah. Going to take journalists with a grain of salt.

In the case of Windows, it turns out that it would effectively break the OS due to the way older programs were made. Basically that they're looking for "Windows 9" (Or something similar) with the expected result that the OS in operation would be W95/W98 (Instead of a completely new OS).
