Third game in a row, you should have seen the pattern already: Capcom isn't that good with white women. They are great with males, great with asian females, but they always go off hand in the white females. Either they try to fix post mocap and it gets weird and off place like some of the MonHun NPCs, or they let it untouched and and they look like junkies, like the Handler or Trish.
I got the yellow fever, so I see no problem with it. And if that botters you, there's always modding. The Handler, Claire, and now probably Trish will get the modding treatment.
And before people flip out, like consolefags when any Capcom game gets modded, improving stuff doesn't mean you dislike the game. Only that for you, personally, some stuff could be improved, like for example Lady using lesser clothes.
