It's been literal DAYS since the stolen copies were given to others + DAYS since the dumb nigger got caught. Where in the fuck are the newer leaks? There are cutscene movies of all those games if you want the story. Basically, in BullShit, the origin of all this shit is revealed and an important plot point for KH3 is first mentioned. About six characters are introduced, five of which will definitely be featured in KH3. Days introduces one new character that will appear in KH3 but is mostly a gaiden, so not really worth the slog through the shittiest KH game I've played. DDD sets up KH3. That's pretty much it.

Yep. There are four endings. No endings result in nuking anything, other than the three non-institute endings involving blowing up the institute itself. In the institute ending you just build a perpetual power machine for them. Your son runs in the institute, so siding with them technically sides with him, but he dies either way because he has cancer and was elderly anyway. Like in past KH games, as you keep playing the Disney worlds and the main Sora trip, you keep getting cutscenes of what is happening behind the scenes with other characters. In this game there are like, 4 plot threads running along the adventure: what the organization is doing, what happens in Hollow Bastion, what Riku and Mickey are doing and Axel & Kairi. The majority of the Organization cutscenes come after story expositions. The Riku and Mickey stuff is more present in the early/half point of the game or so. And the Axel & Kairi are used as some sort of "cliffhanger" to the main story. When something important happens or is revealed, it usually cuts to "meanwhile…" and there's Axel and Kairi dialogue.

During the fake climax of the game at the Keyblade Graveyard Roxas reappears to save Sora and you revisit small portions of the the seven Disney worlds as him looking for the wayfinders. As you get a wayfinder, you get a cutscene of Xehanort playing chess representing the game so far, leading up to Sora being left alone. Then Eraqus puts the Roxas piece on the board.

Final boss is another Xehanort (Sora age), the one who plays chess. One of the bosses stages in the end world is a huge Darkside looking Xehanort throwing buildings and destroying the city. You also fight the 13 Xehanorts at once (but at that point they are the same person so it's like fighting 13 units of the same enemy).

The end world is dormant within the Kingdom Hearts entrance thing Xehanort summons when he wipes out everyone with the box. How Xehanort got box to begin with is never shown or explained in the slightest. He just happens to have it despite the organization being sent on a mission to look for it earlier. The case/box thing is told to have been kept by the original Organization from Scala Ad Caelum (Stairway to Heaven) founded by Xehanort's masters, who also passed down his keyblade.
The end world acts as ultimate gate to KH. The heart thing that appears in the sky above the Keyblade Graveyard is not KH itself, just a portal.
It's revealed that the last world, Caelum, is not an illusion, but the distant past. Xehanort decided to use this as another backup plane to continue forging the X-Blade. He already has 7 hearts in the box and 12 Keyblade Masters-turned-darklings + Young Xehanort existing around this time period. He plans to combine all these things to form the X-Blade and unlock KH here and now as everything has conveniently fallen into place.
At least 5 of the Darkling/Norted masters at Scala Ad Caelum are implied to have been the Foretellers from the events of X. The other 7 are unknown.
It's also strongly implied that Xehanort has been a puppet for MoM since his early days training at Caelum, which isn't very shocking if you've been paying attention to Backcover, UX, and X, in order to presumably reform himself and use Xehanort to reach and merge with KH for unknown reasons. We don't know what happens afterwards since everything is kept vague.
The last cutscene shown cuts to the credits without actually fully closing the game. I can only assume that the post-ending patch will remedy this, but as it currently stands, it just shows Sora being alone in the end, losing track of saving his friends after Xehanort put their hearts into the black box. There are no multiple endings. Sora hears voices in his head similar to Aqua seeing images of characters at the end of BBS and decides to push onward within a black void. Master Xehanort "vanished" somewhere after the final boss battle, but Sora briefly fights him in a penultimate battle before he escapes.

All that happens in the epilogues for 1 and 2 is that they find a letter from Mickey, beginning the next part of the journey. From the leaked trophy list here >>15973420 it sounds to me like the journal has been replaced with a smartphone, so the epilogue will probably just be Sora getting a fucking text.

Yes but those were done in an entirely different era. It's been almost 13 years. Back then leaks were extremely rare. Now they are very common. Nomura specifically said in an interview he basically just cut the ending out of the game for this reason.
