Yes, that was the problem. The crosshair was extremely large, I couldn't make far head shots which was pretty fun to achieve in MGS3 and even V. My friend and I went full rambo instead, it played out much better since the stealth was trash anyway.

Kek, like there was ever any need to tranq anyone. You could run right past enemies with 2% on your camo meter undetected

True. I just find it a massive downgrade to the other games. MGSV had pretty shitty level design but at least it had patrols and I could crawl around whenever I wanted.

All the other MGS games have had patrols and you can easily run past an enemy undetected even with your camo meter on low in PW. You can't do that in any of the previous MGS games or in V.
The best way to play PW is to treat it as a motherbase maintenance and rambo game. Developing it for the PSP was not a good idea, you can blame Kojima for trying to reach out to children.
