About an hour or two before the experience I started getting a really throbbing headache and was feeling dizzy. Started coughing up mucus and feeling like I needed to vomit. Looks like an adventure game/mystery. You have skill points to put into different skills, such as Medicine, Psychology, Investigative skills, etc. Doing that can affect what the main character knows when he investigates certain things. Like a corpse may require a decent medicine skill to find out what's completely wrong with it. It's like the tabletop game condensed to a few skills (like lockpicking is lumped into Investigation).
Also depending on who you talk to/how you talk to them/how high certain skills are you may be able to find different ways to your objectives. So far it's pretty neat. It does remind me of the tabletop game a slight bit. There's a lack of combat (at least so far), and more investigating. The only thing I don't like is that it goes full on spooky blood/guts/cults the moment you turn on the game.

There was a crossover with Mega-Man's world called "worlds collide" that at the end led to the "Super Genesis Wave" changing reality and history, so the Sonic comics could retcon shit, that after 20 years of weird and inconsistent story telling it could be less fucked.

Okay, every single issue of the Archie Sonic comic, ending with issue 247, was one timeline with events and history that had been written over the past 20 years of the comics existence (As far back as the three-issue mini-series). From issues 248 to 251, you had the "Worlds Collide" crossover with Mega Man. To explain what all that was about, Robotnik, after losing his mind several dozen issue earlier, took up the task to use the chaos emeralds to "rewrite" the universe in a way that he could finally win. this resulted in a brief story where the Archie crew experienced altered events of Sonic 1-3 & Knuckles, and ends with all the characters realizing that something isn't right. Sonic, of course, defeats Robotnik and turns everything back to the way it was. Well, it also turns out that as a result of universe tampering, one of the Chaos emeralds ended up landing in Mega Man's universe, which Doctor Wily found and, with the help of Ra Moon, eventually began communications with Robotnik. Both of them worked together to initiate another Genesis wave, combining both universes so that both of them can finally defeat their "blue" foes. Just after Sonic, with a band of the North Freedom Fighters storm a new Death Egg, Eggman activates the Genesis Wave resulting on events where Game Sonic and Game Mega Man crossover with each other (With Robotnik and Wily being the only one knowledgeable about has just happened). At the end of the crossover, Sonic and Mega Man use chaos control to return everything to the way it was, but Sonic is it interrupted as Robotnik kamikaze's his floater and results in an "incomplete" return to the way things are. Beginning with issue 252, the Archie universe was essentially "rebooted" significantly altering, rewriting, and lap-shading every single event that happened in the comic over the past 20 year. The next four issues go on about everyone remembering everything that happened in the old universe, while also providing as a setup to the Sonic Unleashed story arc, and no one mentioned anything about the universe reboot ever again (Except when the Sega/Capcom crossover, "Worlds Unite", happened which was also retconned at the end of the crossover with Sticks from the Sonic Boom universe being the only one who retained knowledge of the event that transpired).
