Ultimates and their rate of generation are a huge part of it and at upper tiers of the game, when you drop it is significantly more important than your actual individual performance. (IE: There are some ultimates that synergize together such as Zarya's graviton surge sucking enemies into a single spot and D.va's mech explosion). What I would do is skip the bore brushes and just get a BoreSnake for it. Spray a little Breakfree into the action and pull your boresnake through it (always go action to muzzle) twice, then wipe it down with a lightly oiled rag and call it a day. Do this every time.
As old as the gun is, you might have significant copper fouling built up, so one hard cleaning with Barnes CR-10 might be called for to improve accuracy. Basically you dip a bore mop in CR-10 and run it through the bore three or four times and then let it sit for half an hour. Then use a nylon brush (NOT brass!) on the bore for a few passes, and then start running clean patches through it. They'll come out blue as a fucking smurf. Keep going until the blue stops, then run a clean boresnake with lots of Breakfree through the bore 6 or 8 times. It'll be good for another half century after that.

The long story is, an investment my dad made is pulling through, and he's willing to, along with other investors he knows, support my venture capital idea. What I proposed to them was thus:
Imagine a TV Station building or Music Production Studio for Twitch Streamers and Youtubers / Online Content Creators. In exchange for maybe 5% of all revenue with the exception of patron, we provide facility, equipment, and staff on site to help manage and enhance the creators channel. A single standard streamer lane could be at maximum, with top of the line everything cost you $10,000 including everything in that room. Frunature, build out, equipment, etc. Even a "Smaller Business" consisting of as little as 4 of these spaces, and the facilities around them to support them could have have the potential to make back much more then what was invested in the space if you attract high level creators to your local station.
I want to franchise a brand out, like any of these other TV networks, with the exception that my network focuses on bringing those online names and personalities into physical spaces. What do I mean by that?
I don't want the business to just be a place for streamers/creators to host/make their shit. I want to include a game lounge or lobby that you pay hourly for or get a monthly membership to for basic or advanced access to different levels of equipment. I wana include all major consoles and PCs, along with a catalog of the Top 20 games currently being viewed on Twitch, as well as all the good free to play games. I toyed around with the idea of putting a milkshake bar in this game lobby. I know I want there to be a stage, and a dedicated caster/commentator area. The idea was we would take warehouses and build them out from the inside to get our standard layouts. We could take over old abandoned grocery stores, mall anchors, anything with enough space so we could build out in the center of it.
Extention rooms can include E-sports arenas for local competitions, and the different pro leagues that are gaining traction. Keep a couple of exhibition halls so we can rent out space to people looking to host local markets or promote triple A titles. A dedicated VIP space to those who can afford it and celebrity guests who get the "living room" experience.
None of this is a question of if, it's a question of when, and I'm dedicated to making this idea a reality. I'm just waiting on my investments to come in. I intend to start a crowdfunding campaign in two weeks.

I couldn't just sit back, relax, and see what shit other people are doing. If I wanted to be there, I better be paying to be there (And, remember, they weren't telling me this. That was just the air and feel I got from the place). IF you do want it to be a place where all gamers feel welcome, look at how the still active arcades operate because I always want to spend my money there and never feel like I'm forced to. I can just see what games are available, think about what it is that I actually want to play, and watch other people play games (However, sadly, I see very few people visit those arcades outside of parents and their kids).
If I'm not being exactly clear with what I'm trying to say, the best way to sum it up is that just stop with all the modern shit. No one cares about it. Those that do have a memory of a goldfish, and those that don't aren't receiving any attention (And, that latter group is where the dedicated money comes from). Just make a cozy place, where everyone feels like they're welcome, that doesn't look nor feel like you're trying to be high-profile or appeal to people who want to operate everything out of their "club house" (Or designed like you went for the lowest bid), that gives people enough of a reason to return regular without feeling like they need to spend money, and allows for people to connect and get out of their shell.

I saw the film. Mr Incredible dying is not a plot point nor an element of the movie at all. Unless it was in a stupid post credits scene His arc is essentially the following:
1. Getting over the fact that he can't be Mr Incredible away without torpedoing Elastigirl's PR campaign and missions. He's brute and direct with his strength, which is why he's on the sidelines this time.
2. Realizing parenting takes effort. Learning Dash's homework material so that he can better teach it to his son. Attempting to make right by his daughter: Dicker, the handler of The Incredibles when they went underground, wiped the mind of Violet's love interest after he saw her in costume without her mask.When his direct attempt fails, he apologizes to her.
3. Dealing with the newfound abilities of his baby: Jack Jack. 17 to be precise. When he needs help, he seeks it.
I saw the YMS review before I went to see it with my family, and honestly, the only real thing I can agree with is the focus on Jack Jack was more than necessary.

The guy brings up the 2013 Tomb Raider reboot as an example, but the one thing I'd like to know is why people keep skipping over the 2006 reboot, Tomb Raider: Legend. In that game we are given a different Lara Croft than was present in Core's titles, and the gameplay was changed to where they streamlined the maneuverability and expanded on the third-person shooter aspects. Which, brings to question, what was it that Legend was able to accomplish where nuTomb Raider failed? On top of this, I don't remember that the Legends trilogy was a massive failure last I knew.

The guy does have a point that Dante evolved throughout the series, but the problem is that people still retain specific characteristics that will remain true for them from the day they're born to the day they die (Unless something extremely traumatic happens). If DmC had been a prequel rather than a reboot, we'd still see Donte expressing some similar characteristics and aspects that line up with him "maturing". But, like was set in stone, this was a reboot, so expecting the same Dante is a mute discussion and plays back into what I said in the previous post. Also, the guy brings up people being upset over "shirtless Dante" from DMC3, but I cannot find any evidence of this. If anything, people say that's one of the best parts of the game.

From what I've heard, the game's combat is just average with a broken scoring system (So, anyone who does make this claim is wrong). The only genuinely broken part of the combat that I've seen was one that one air attack move. Also, just because people can perform well within a game's mechanics doesn't mean that it has good gameplay. A Capcom title to point to that is a prime example of this is P.N. 03. Despite whatever I may say, let me first say that this is one of my favorite games that I have played. The combat and movement design is complete shit and you cannot deny that. Tank controls for maneuverability, "peeking" instead of full control of the camera, whoever thought this was a good idea should be bullied to the end of their days. Granted it does work, but it also requires an extended amount of patience on the players part to actually grasp and learn the controls (And, even then, some parts of it still don't feel natural). If Capcom had decided to make a follow-up instead of pissing the developers off enough to make them leave and go on to produce Vanquish, maybe they could have fixed the more broken aspects of it to deliver an extremely strong third-person shoot 'em up.

Tomb Raider Legends was good and I remember it being received well at the time. However it's one of those cases where it didn't really forge a long lasting identity of its own, and wound up getting swept away by the new wave, specifically cinematic heavy Uncharted style. Anything new it did wasn't impressive anymore very quickly and the market was about to shift in a different direction. Ironically, if it was super edgy and shitty, it'd probably be more remembered than just being one of the early games with wet skin textures and grappling hook physics.
I also do remember people saying shirtless Dante was gay, in a similar manner to people disliking Raiden. It was minor complaints and didn't last very long in comparison, Raiden took years to shed that.

To be fair, I don't think /x/ really has any dedicated oldfags. That board has gone through so many waves of cancer, raids and upheavals that it had an exodus of a sort every year. Everyone either moved onto specific flavors of spooky forums and conspiracy sites or left the culture entirely for creepypasta wikis and the sort.
