Any favorite writers or stories?

Favorite themes or scenarios that you'd like to see more of?

Anything you're working on or hope to recommend?

Let's get some discussion going.

Carnivore318's great, though a lot of his stuff is spread across Writing.com which is a nightmare to navigate if you don't pay for a special account.

Big fan of Afnull and sageoftruth's stuff lately for different reasons. With Afnull really nailing stories that explore dungeon settings with multiple lees and a wide variety of diverse scenarios happening all at once, and sageoftruth just having a really solid sense of prose and character interaction (and fantasy world building, if you're into that. Which I admittedly am).

In case anyone is still interested in this thread, I've finally started an Archive of our Own account specifically for tickle shit. Ironically, the first thing I've posted isn't actually tickling-focused, more tickling-adjacent, but it's a short warmup made to set up potential future ideas. I'm hoping I can get back into the swing of things and put some more stuff up sooner rather than later.

So, writing.com is a dumpster fire that’s barely usable. Which is terrible, since a lot of nice content was on there, including some stories I used to post on. But there is some good news that may make some of this stuff readable again. First, the campfires appear to be accessible even if you’re not a member. There were a handful of fun tickle related ones I participated in. Second, the wayback machine did capture a few of these stories, too. It’s not perfect, and you have to use the outline to access the next story rather than just click the link to the next entry. But it does seem better than actually using the current version of writing.com. So, if any of this is useful or interesting to anyone… enjoy!

It's a shame that writing.com is such a shitty site now. My favorite is definitely the tickle tournament 2 (your Jassaya the Naga chapter are incredible btw) and I would love for that interactive to get more content, but the latest content added is written by autistic 12 year olds. I check the Jassaya stories fairly often hoping for any additions but it's just not gonna happen with how bad the site is now.

There used to be a lot of amateur archives for stories out there around 2005. Lots of really good stories that are still on the net, but good luck finding any of them.

-One guy who used to write a lot of stories about high school age goth girls tickling each other.

-One lady who had an entire series about tickling trannies for cum and then transferring the big cummers to milking facilities.

-That one RopeJock fansite that had a long damn story where each paragraph was written by a different person about two neighbors who kept getting each other into more and more bizarre tickle traps.

One of these days I'm going to take an afternoon and do a deep dive to see if I can find any of them.

And as for your point… I can draw well, and it took me all of two years to learn. I can write well and it took all of two years to learn. Honestly they're the same. They both use the right side of the brain and they both require the same amount of effort. Just because you can't physically see whatever it is you want to see in writing doesn't mean it's not just as good. There are a lot more living successful authors than artists. Either way, if you hate writing so much, then why the fuck are you even on a writing thread, unless you're trying to pick a fight. Have you heard the saying "a picture is worth a thousand words?" There is no temper tantrum you can throw that will change facts. Artists are highly sought after for commissions, writers are not. There's a saying in the art world that writers are just ideas guys that can't draw, and that's the truth. You will never see a writer making money from commissions or Patreon like artists do, if you just open up dA and search tickling you will find much more quality results from artists than in the literature section. Facts are facts, and facts, as you know, do not care about your feelings.

Clearly what you perceive as fact has you completely blind to how stupid you sound. There's a saying in the world that I think you can benefit from. There's no arguing with stupid/crazy. Therefore, I won't argue with you. However, before you open your mouth and insult people for not adhering to your fetish desires, maybe think about the fact that the people you're insulting are still way more talented than you.

Yea, most Interactives or Campfires tended to lose steam after a while. They require consistent effort by a group of people, and if even a couple drop off it breaks. There's also inconsistencies in writing style and quality that can only be remedied so much.

On the plus side its a lot less effort than writing a full story on your own, and the group can act as an incentive to keep posting and not let them down.

Sorry there was no continuation of Treasure Hunters. I did really like the setting and it had some good writers in there.

Um.

People commission stories all the time. It's a decent money maker on older ticklefag forums, DeviantArt and a huge community on FurAffinity. And while the websites are comparatively young, writers-for-hire porn fiction has been a thing for decades, from John Willie selling novel length hardcore BDSM stories in the 40s, to RopeJock selling tickling themed gay erotica short stories in the late 80s/early 90s.

To this day my favorite story is a five part tickling fanfiction involving the women from Game of Thrones that used to be on deviantart like 6 years ago or something. It was taken down for a while when the writer went under, but since a kind stranger has uploaded them once more:

I don't know exactly what makes me love them so much, but I'm sure it has something to do with the very suiting dark tone, the extensive armpit focus (my personal favorite) and, of course, the lovely ladies of GoT.

I've given up on waiting for a part 6 by now, but I got to ask: does anybody know what happened to the author, Chentsweatervest? I'd be very happy to find any other stories he may have written since, but as far as I can tell, he banished from the face of the earth that one time, never to come back.

File: a5676a9ea635c2a⋯.jpg (98.4 KB,1125x767,1125:767,blue.jpg)

Writer here, although not of the smut variety. I'd like to give my two cents on this argument. It's going to be a bit wordy, but seeing as that is my job, I'm sure you could have expected that. If it sounds like I'm downplaying my fellow writers, I apologize, I've just been around long enough to understand the market. At least, I think I do.

Visual art stands out above literature because it is immediately accessible for the viewer. A striking image is not restricted by language barriers or low attention spans. I'm sure you've heard the phrase "a picture is worth a thousand words?" I like to compare it to music, technical skill with an instrument or even just a catchy tune tends to stand out more than clever songwriting does. There is plenty of popular music that is either instrumental, or only uses vocals for melodic sound. Not to say there's zero interest in strong lyricism, just that many musicians can create powerful moods and tones in their music without using lyrics as part of the product. Lyrics without music might as well just be poetry, which is a valid art form itself but you're still separating arguably the most important part of the package by removing the sound from the equation.

Where literature has the advantage over visual art is that it's more viable to create a longer narrative. There are artists that make comics and animations, but outside of the professional industries for those mediums they're the minority compared to single image artists. If you wanted to tell a story through art, you would need months or even years to put out a quality product, and that's assuming you're not a professional dealing with editors and executives. For written text, as long as you're not struggling with writers block or lack of motivation, this isn't an issue. I'd also say that there are genres like horror that benefit more from literature because it's generally accepted that whatever your imagination comes up with will be just as disturbing if not more so than anything you can be shown.

As for smut writing versus art, I think where this falls apart is that, well let's be honest, 99% of us are just trying to coom. It's the same reason why nobody in the porn industry cares if their plot works, because that's not really what you're here for. When you read a lewd story, you're probably just going to CTRL+F to find the part you want to fap to, and if you have to skip that much of the product to get to the part you care about, the medium has failed. This isn't an issue at all with visual art because everything you could possibly want to see is given straight to you. Why do you think the vast (and I do mean vast) majority of tickle smut is the same scenario of "x character wakes up as y character's captive and gets tickled?" It gets straight to the point. Not saying there's not an audience for this, but it's understandably not as big as the audience for drawn work. There are also tons of quality fics with graphic sexual content in them, and even fics that are clearly meant to be mainly erotic in nature, but are written well enough that you actually want to read them and not just skip straight to the part you want to fap to. Shit, there are even doujins like this, although they are pretty rare. But for a niche fetish like tickling, I think there's much less interest in that, especially when tastes are so widely varying in this community.

TL;DR-There will always be higher demand for mediums that are more accessible to a wider audience, and written smut is less popular than drawings because the amount of people that just want to fap is higher than the amount of people who care about setup.

What the fuck are you talking about? Quality concerns are still a thing regardless of the medium you choose to work in and the main reason anything takes times to do. Anyone could shit out a painting, comic, book, or music album in no time, but it's gonna be shit.

Yeah, I just happened to be looking at the thread when you asked. :D

About the DMCA thing, it sounded like crap to me as well, but a lot of people were repeating it. Supposedly during the height of the show, HBO was trying to slow down the rate at which porn pops up when people Googled Game of Thrones. That I believe, as it's happened in the past with other popular properties.

In any case, it would be a good idea to back up any stories that you like just in case. I've been doing it for the better part of 10 years and a lot of the stories in my collection are impossible to find because the host site isn't around any more or are just flat out gone because the author went scorched earth. Or it's shit hidden in the depth of USNET, but that's a completely different nightmare.

>>2858

For the sake of argument, this really depends on the person. There are folks out there that just crank out decent quality work and that's why people keep coming back to them.

While there's nothing wrong with absurd tickling scenarios, I think Nylon Dungeon went a bit too far in some installments. It started out as just kidnapping/tickle slavery story, but then they shoehorned in stuff like non-aging captives and other stuff that - as silly as it feels to say about fetish smut - broke my suspension of disbelief.

The fun thing about smut of any kind if there is an audience all across the spectrum of talent. It used to be a reliable way to make passive income was to sell crappy smut via Amazon digital publishing. That is, you'd write a short 15 page story, don't worry about theme, grammar, spelling, any of that shit, then publish it with a $1 price tag. Then do that 9 more times. Every week. The number of people who just buy dollar products adds up pretty quickly. It's less of an option these days simply because the publishing price is much higher and you can get the same at much higher quality at a slightly higher price from smut mills like Chuck Tingle.

It has to be used carefully. "Hahaha! Stop it! I can't take it, hahahaha!" helps to visualize that they're laughing, mixing it in with other words ("Staahahaaap!") can help get that feeling that they're trying to force out a word in between their laughter.

Seconding. These kinds of "fetishized real-life situations/machine" stories are the best.

There were a few stories I recall involving arcade machines, where the lee is stuck inside some kind of arcade cabinet with their ticklish parts exposed, and various people would come by and try to make them laugh the loudest. In the case of one guy, his dick was stuck outside of the machine like a joystick and the point was to make him cum as quick as possible, though it wasn't exclusively tickling themed. Can't find either of them anymore, but I know one was written by Vespyrskye, who wrote that one "Rebel" story.

There's also "The Concerto" by Codaciel, which is where the lees are being tickled for their laughter on stage, like they were instruments as part of some musical experiment. All of his stories are pretty good but that's the only one that's really similar to what you're looking for I think

There was something like this by "tickleticklerp" but they seem to have vanished off the face of the earth. It was a giant story. Well done, too.

So I've been searching for a particular series that I know was on TMF, but I can't for the life of me find it. Maybe it will ring a bell for one of you here. Small description:

Starts out with 2 domes tormenting a girl, I vividly remember she gets hung upside down with her feet stuck at the ceiling, one focusses on her feet, the other focusses on her upper body.

They treaten her that if she doesn't oblige one of the domes will take her home. This ends up happening, girl wakes up tied up in what I recall to be a mummified scenario. Foot tickling follows and over the course of many parts lots of bondage/tickling torture takes place.

A few key moments that might help. The dom showed videos of previous victims to her current lee. At one point a previous lee who after being released got sent to an asylum due to people thinking she was crazy, comes back for revenge on the dom but gets knocked out and ends up being a slave again. Pretty sure it had quite a few parts. 10 if not more.

It isn't "Cassidie's big mistake", nor "Bella's new life". Read through both and they don't match the key moments I remember.

Probably a long shot, but if there's anyone who might remember any of this I'd be thankful!!

Yeah, this is what I had in mind. It's pretty bad, but it's even worse when combined with poor grammar and capitalization. It seems like something you just have to master through experience, and well, actually giving a shit about your writing.

On another note, am I the only one who struggles with writing armpit tickling? I can think of infinite ways to tickle feet, tummies and anything else, but when I try to come up with creative descriptions of pit tickling I draw a blank. And it's not for lack of trying either, I'm a huge pitfag.

As someone with a pretty massive pit fetish but that doesn't really write a lot armpit centric stuff, I can tell you that I understand where you're coming from, at least with the foot comparison. I think it stems from the fact that armpits are just simpler, less complicated body parts than feet, there just isn't as much to them that you can utilize and describe in detail. If you ask an artist, I think they'd probably tell you that feet take a lot more effort/talent to get right, and I think that's a testament to the same thing. Even the ones that do a lot of armpit stuff seem to take many liberties with the way they're drawn sometimes, probably just so it isn't a barren (and utterly beautiful, mind you) extension of skin.

That being said, off the top of my head and without a reason at all, a list of all the great scenarios and ideas that make it my favorite spot ever, go!

-Obviously the best part is being right in the face of the 'lee as you drive them nuts, observing every single detail of their expression ←Makes for something you can focus on describing too

-Holding one of their arms over their head and getting in there for some good lickling

-Drawing concentric circles with sharp tools, getting closer and closer to sweet spot in the middle

-Tying an arm above their head and the other one just loose enough so they can't reach and protect their exposed armpit as you tickle the hell out of it

-The way a rack makes vulnerable armpits the absolute easiest spot to abuse with brushes/massagers/what have you

-Wiggling your fingers or whatever tool right before their very eyes immediately before you use it

-Fingers being caught under the 'lee's arms and creating the weird paradox that actually makes it easier for the 'ler to dig in if they don't put their arms up

-The way breasts jiggle right in front of you as a 'lee struggles frantically when you really let them have it

-Single finger under each armpit tickling, plenty of wiggling beforehand ← Underrated

-Taking a small detour to other fun surrounding spots, breasts, ribs, neck etc.

-Sneaking a poke or stroke under there as someone puts their arms up for yawning or whatever reason and is left wide open

-Teasing involving how wearing sleeveless tops/dresses/whatever must secretly mean the 'lee was hoping they'd get tickled all along

-Standing behind a 'lee and having them lock arms behind your head, just because it's a pretty good combination of cute and hot

-"If you keep your arms up while I tickle you for one minute, I won't tickle you for ten!"

Aight, Imma stop, but I probably could keep going, I fucking love the stuff.

Does anyone has some stories with athletes/sport girls getting tickled? I can't find any good ones. Could be real people or generic 'athlete from my college' stuff

Does anyone have a backup of Sensitive Creatures by androidkisser? It was my favorite tickle fic but he deleted all his stuff. He came back some time ago and said he might reupload some of his old fics, but nothing yet.

Recommend me some good reading material, everything on AO3 is m/m which I'm not interested in and everything on dA is poorly formatted ESL stuff.
