 No.88236

So I’ve been thinking about this for a while and figured I’d finally ask people directly. A few months ago I met an older guy at my local gym who was still in really good shape, way better than most people half his age. We talked a bit after training and he casually mentioned HGH as part of his recovery routine after an old back injury. Since then I’ve been wondering if that’s something people actually explore for recovery and energy levels, or if it’s more of a misunderstood topic online. I’m not looking for shortcuts, just trying to understand how real people approach it in practice.
