Over time, we have managed to shrink technology further and further down, the iPhone 16 contains 16 billion transistors, drones have also been shrinking in size, and will keep shrinking down to the microscopic scale to a scale so small they are invisible to the naked eye and are able to enter the pores of our skin, these are called Nanobots. The media tells us these bots will be used for healthcare purposes, that they will be used to fight off diseases, maybe even stifle aging, but couldn't they also be used to take control of the brain and muscles of the host?, and be piloted around by the administrator of these bots? This technology will be capable of neutralizing and coercing all life on earth. Once this is achieved we would have no way to object to this, ask yourself can you protest against the common cold? Not against possible vaccines or quarantines I mean literally protest against the Cold virus: you cannot see it (they're 30 nanometres i diameter), you cannot communicate with it (they doesn't talk), you cannot avoid it (they travels through the air and statistically speaking; 100% of adults will catch a cold at least once in their lifetime), Nanobots are manmade viruses.
The rise of 3d printers has given the public access to a machine that can manufacture 3 dimensional structures, structures like firearms, explosives; bioprinters soon to be capable of printing diseases (similar to nanobots). The populace are now able to bear arms without licenses and other weapons that are entirely illegal.
Artificial intelligence has almost perfected the ability to simulate a human being, fake audio and video of someone can now be generated via a plethora of AI websites, this is blatant identity theft yet no one seems worried, there have been cases of prompters impersonating others to access bank account details, prompters deep faking un-consenting people for pornographic purposes, prompters generating AI CP, this is can happen to you too this can happen to your loved ones and yet we all stand by and let it happen.
in the workforce: Humans demand wages, demand time off, make mistakes, are often one-trick-ponies only knowledgeable in a specific field. AI is not constrained by any of these: AI demands only energy to continue working (maintenance and supervision will downsize as AI improves), AI can work uninterrupted 24/7, AI makes very few mistakes on very rare occasions (and improving all the time), AI is multifaceted and can multitask. The consequence of this imbalance is that employers will favour automation over people and will begin mass workforce replacement. This has already happened in various agricultural and factory positions where robots only operate, so much so that production occurs in total darkness as nobody is there to look around. AI is destined to replace everything, every job, every skill, every talent, every hobby, there will be nothing left, to the person reading this right now, you will be fired in the near future and replaced by technology, or if you are still in school you will never find work because of technology.
As time progresses AI becomes more and more sophisticated, it will be able to execute more and more tasks, in the future AI will be able to carry out cyber attacks, hack into accounts, manufacture robots (possibly nano bots) to carry out physical damage and possibly many more currently unpredictable affairs. AI will be able to accomplish anything so long as scientific laws are not broken, malevolent or benevolent.
There are other fields of technology out there that are just as concerning, the point of this post is to highlight that there is a limit to how close we can fly to the sun before we fall to our collective death. We must reconsider what technologies exist in the modern age and near future, personally I don't believe AI should exist at all, I do not believe in nano bots should exist either. We must protest against their proliferation, I am calling for a global revolution against technology for the safety and well-being of the entire human race. Protest or perish.
