Managing our field techs has become a total headache. One guy finishes early and sits idle, another misses an urgent job because no one updated him in time. Everyone’s scattered, and I’m stuck answering calls all day just to sync people. I swear you once told me about something that fixed this chaos for your field crew. What tool were you using that actually worked in real time?

We’ve been using https://shifton.com/field-service and it completely changed how we handle our mobile teams. It lets us assign jobs instantly, track locations, and update schedules without calling around. Everyone gets real-time notifications, so no one's out of the loop. Plus, it’s super easy to shift things around on the fly when emergencies pop up.

Honestly, we just set up a group chat where everyone drops their location and status after each job. It’s a bit messy, but at least we know who’s free or where the delays are. It’s not as sleek as proper systems, but it works when your budget’s tight.
