I always thought when you write industrial software (Windows, Cubase, UNIX) and need a way to generate income, you would band together with staff and think of anti piracy methods

IIRC, if you break the law, you wont be protected from other people's violations of your personal stack of law is compromised

On top of it all, when software is expertly decompiled, it can be infected with third party software, some backed by MAJOR groups, sometimes even international intelligence such as China or Russia

Also, I'm schizophrenic now, but I would get the weirdest feeling my mp3's and video files were spliced with some sort of methods of harm

So I'm fucking terrified of piracy now, I used to be a normal programmer mass downloading shit off USENET and I slowly lost my mind, everything I had was pirated, I even had a 1TB of pirated software in fucking 2001 (parents are in finance)

So if youre really being hunted, there are these methods

Software: You'll have to card or purchase, at worst, crack yourself

Hardware: Buy or card

Media: You will HAVE to rip yourself, please dont distribute because some asshole jew will fuck it up for their hymies in their fellowship of production studios

Also, in dire situations where you WILL have to wait, you can download of the dark web

I'm not sure why anti virus isnt picking it up, sometimes I can hear shit over my speakers, before the schizophrenia I would just get extremely horny, even when watching anime

Well, anon, you are right about software piracy. But fortunately, there's a method to stay safe, but you need to know how to do it properly. There are some advanced methods for sandboxing nowadays and that approach can alleviate you from some worries. Another idea would be an airgapped computer.
