FOX NEWS is reporting that the balloon was involuntarily hospitalized at a Wisconsin state run psychiatric facility, clinically diagnosed with schizophrenia, stabilized on psychiatric meds like atypical antipsychotics, then after being stabilized, released from the psych unit, at which point the balloon floated back to its mother's house, and even though the balloon is 32 years old, it refused to apply for SSI benefits, refused to look for a job, continued financially exploiting its mother, and harassing pretty women because the balloon has a hard time coping with the fact that it's ugly
