A few years ago, right before the pandemic, my wife and I were taking a leisurely walk around our neighborhood, which is beautiful..
As we were walking down the sidewalk, we saw two young men approaching us on the sidewalk.. they were in their early twenties, maybe 21 or 22.
As they walked past us, I was being neighborly when I said, "hello"
THEY BOTH ==FREAKED OUT= !!!!
Their eyes opened wide as if they just seen a ghost! They looked at each other,panicking
They quite literally did not know what to do! They didn't know how to handle this bizarre situation : SOMEBODY SAYING "HELLO"...
THEY DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO HANDLE SOMEBODY SAYING "HELLO"!!!!
They literally looked at each other for reassurance, as if they were waiting for the other one to say, "LETS RUN FOR OUR LIVES!!"
Your generation is so awkward and weird...
If you creepy weirdos can't handle somebody saying "hello", then how do you plan on surviving the rest of your lives?
