because the reason why you are fat is the food industry in america. they put sugar in all foods to keep you entirely addicted your entire life. and sugar is what makes people fat. sugar is the number one driver of appetite and food attacks.
I recommend you to get off the sugar. practice it rigorously for 2 days. this is the time you need to get clean. it is a cold turkey situation. after about 24hours after your last sugar intake your body will crave it like a junkie craves his next hit. don't give in. after abou 72hours off sugar, you will notice you feel no hunger anymore. at least not like you felt it before. the new hunger you feel will be devoid of all cravings your body might have. however, you will crave sugar your entire life, just as a junkie craves his dope entire life.
so if you want to give it a try, search for the ketogenic diet. you can easily lose massive amounts of weight in short times. last time i did it with sports combinated, i lost about 20kgs in 2 months. I became slim and never craved junk food again physically, just mentally.
