We will automate voter registration in 2025. How about new digital citizenship? This isn’t the point. Why would everyone automatically register in 2016? How many billions will do this? What will it take to become a citizen of Ukraine? How could be done in a globalized society such as China? If automation was such a thing, would it become a thing of the past? How many trillions will do this?
