got b& from halfchan for posting an adult woman. the ban went into place automatically when i tried to post which is strange because i downloaded the image from /s/. i explained all this in my appeal and gave the name of the model and links to where pictures of her are on the clearnet. my ban still got denied. whats the best way to word an appeal? im not gonn post who it was cus i dont want to risk another ban.

I'm in the same boat. They must have a power hungry moderator, which is only going to drive people off the site. Here's what I wrote.
"I did not fucking post child porn! This is outrageousd! This is ridiculous! This is libelous. I am not a child fetishizer nor do I post loli porn. We live in a culture were liberty depends on the individual right to free expression and exchange of ideas. I just didn't think a 4chan moderator would stoop so low as to ban someone wrongly when I broke no rules. And who is the burden of proof on here? I obviously can't prove I'm innocent of the charges because the penis rate thread is long gone. All I did was post a picture of an adult male dick in a chastity cage. Hundreds of pictures like that circulate the board every day without being removed of god damn CHILD PORN. I would like my freedom of speech restored please."

Do you have a an ISP with DHCP?
Unplug your modem. Change the WAN MAC on your router. If your router doesn't have the option, get a better router. Clear your 4chan cookies from your computer. Plug the modem back in. You should have been assigned a new IP adrress.
4chan has been know to simply bad all of AT&T and Comcast if enough people abuse this.
