Don't worry, I will not bother you with gruesome details. But this is my way of trying the last resort, so CN: Mention of animal cruelty (though, again, not in detail!) I am only posting this, because to my knowledge all legal ways for the people affected have already been tried. But people need to know. :(
There is a man called Mr Specht. He claims to be a well versed doctor for small animals in Hamburg, Germany. In reality, he is a con artist, that has done his "work" for many many years, having killed a LOT of animals along the way.
Here is how he operates: He has a website, that changes every few weeks, luring patients in. With small fees and a lot of supposed trainings. When the clients arrive, things go downhill rather fast.
Unnecessary treatments, euthanizing healthy animals, horribly insecure handling of the animals. This is followed by an enormous price tag. If the customers can't pay, they get harassed. Often with they barely concsious animals on their arms.
When I asked around about this man, I alone was able to find over 30 people in quite a short amount of time, who's animals have been hurt or killed.
Now as mentioned above, the issue is, that he is clever. There is no legal way of getting him to stop so far. The responsible offices are trying to get a hold of him for almost a decade now. But he keeps slipping away, by intimidating his victims.
There are publicly available reports about him. Numerous law suites ongoing. Most of them bringing forth nothing.
I don't know, what to do. Do you have any idea?
