So I started doing sets a bit ago
I think I figured out what I need to do
Every 1-2 weeks I am going to add another set to my sets for greater improvement. Once my body gets used to a new set which will take 1-2 weeks to make sure then another set will be added to push the body further.
I started a 3 sets in a row and now it is up to 4.
I can already feel a little stronger already. I don't know the limit of how many Mazda sets there will be but I will figure that out later.
I'm mainly waiting a little longer to add another set in than other would because I am already pretty skinny (skinny fat) and I just want the muscles. I don't want to fuck myself over so I am just making sure the current set count works before adding a new set.
