Even though it is 100% illegal to download/upload real cp, many people are doing exactly that......even though these illegal downloads/uploads are tracked down extremely easily by the FBI, many people are still doing it.....how stupid does one have to be to download/upload real cp? It is one thing to download/upload anime, but downloading/uploading real cp is totally, totally stupid.....yet many idiots are doing that.....
