>15 push ups
>30 situps
>30 second plank
>50 jumping jacks
I have been doing this for a week to get myself back to exercising.
I am considering making it a little harder to this
>20 push ups
>30-40 situps (not 100% I am doing it right)
>40-60 second plank
>75-100 jumping jacks
Is this a good idea or what else should I do?

Listen, you need to get your protein intake way up. Also make sure you eat some non processed fat "muscle needs fat to grow". Do sets, always do sets and never bulk. Do not starve yourself or your muscle will just eat itself with the fat. The first thing you need to do is have a good diet then you work out.

Also eat vegetables so you don't shit hard bricks all the time and you get vitamins. if you can stick to a basic meal plan and ignore being picky then you will obtain what you want body wise.

I do
100 push ups
100 setups
100 squats
but that is only some days
some days are
100 push off pushups
still can only do sets of 10 of on those at a time
300 sets up, different sets of 100
200 jump squats
and 25 mins on a roller
shit hurts, and I hate women too much to care about getting a gf so I don't really know why I started this
went from 260 to 170 tho, but that might have been the fasting
keep at it anon
I don't try to give advice due to all the genes out there, however you might want to do more, or work up to more if you want to see any kind of results
