I made beef tartare for dinner
“Oh you broke the yolk for the pic!”
Fuck off. Had it with a smooth Cabernet. It was delicious.

I like to make my own rub for my sirloin and ribeye steaks, and cook them on the outdoor grill.
A great rub you should try sometime, rather simple to make:
1) No-salt seasoning as the main base (half a cup).
(You can find this in bulk at Costco or Sams Club).
2) Two heaping tablespoons of Kinder's Buttery Steakhouse rub (this will give you all the salt you'll need).
3) One heaping tablespoon ground White pepper.
4) One heaping tablespoon ground cardamom.
5) One teaspoon ground cayenne pepper.
6) One teaspoon cumin powder.
Mix it all up very well in a bowl, before adding to both sides of the steak. My God is it delicious! You won't want to go back after trying this. I add this rub to all my steaks, my family LOVES IT!

No, but even if it was; which it's not it's full of protein, vitamins and nutrients; I'm still eating it. I buy half cow worth of beef wholesale every other year from a local farmer I know. Got propane, solar and diesel generators as backup for those box freezers for SHTF. You bet I prepped bitches. This world ain't no video game and I ain't treating it like one.
