My dear friend,
I hope you feel much better than I do. What my family is through during the last few months is horrible. I want to tell you in case you can help me.
It all began with the travelers, a young couple from Germany. They came with a truck in our village. All kids were looking so mine did. They seem to be nice. We had a talk when they bought some stuff at our‘s. I think we talk about the weather because the guy is interested in para-glide. I ask if they would stay. She said they‘ll think about it. But a bit later they left. They left very quickly.
That day, my children stopped laughing. I haven’t heard their laughing for months now. The younger girl even didn’t speak a word for weeks. So it took long long time to find out what exactly had happened. My older son also seemed extremely upset. In school his behavior was aggressive, his teachers told us. He was the first who began to speak.
It must have been when they were at the truck camper. The children were so curious and were invited in to see how the couple live in there. Inside, it must have come to attacks, harassments or however you call it. Both my son and my daughter have been touched. No more details here.
We decided in the beginning that we won’t involve the police. The Kids shouldn’t go thru this again. But of course I tried to find out more about this couple. Where they live and work and so on. Not so easy. I found his social media profile. And I found out that they sold their truck and bought another one. Obviously they hide their tracks. Right now they might be in Lower Franconia, Bavaria, Germany and prepare for a long term travel. This means that what happened to my children can happen to many other kids in other countries again and again and nothing will stop them because they never stay for long with their RV and will be gone before someone notices. I hope I’m wrong with this guess but it scares me.
I wish I could make sure that something like this never happens again. And that’s why I tell you. Please help me to spread our story all over the world so that hopefully worse is prevented. Maybe it is a first step. Maybe one day they do a mistake and the police catch them.
I don’t know if the woman knows about what her friend did. Or does. I don’t know where she was during the attack. I hope she is unsuspecting. But one day she will realize and that will be the most dreadful day in her lifetime. Things cannot be undone. I do not want revenge. I just want peace and that my kids will one day be happy again, as they were before this all happened. And I want that no other kids have to experience this.
