Q, there are mind-split persons on your guilty lists.
A mind-split person who has been shocked into a non-conscious state has NO access to consciousness and is therefore not guilty of any atrocious actions they may be involved in while in that state.
Biblical 1:
The bible speaks of those "who were, who are not, and who will be again". So is a person who has been separated from his consciousness, been shocked into a non-conscious state. In the words of the bible that person, at that time, "is not". So how can he be guilty if he "is not"?
Biblical 2:
One should not be impressed by watching a mind-split person "performing" or being involved in atrocious actions. Do not believe that this person exists. He "is not". Remember the word that everyone will worship the beast whose head was deadly wounded, but became whole. If we are impressed, we accept that the head is healed. We should see through that.
That person, in the split state, separated from conscious, is not whole. The head is not healed. The person is suffering with part of his mind, terribly. He is doing things against every fiber of his being, but he cannot get out, cannot escape the hell, he is separated from consciousness.
I hope this helps the Q team to understand. Some people on the Q guilty lists should be taken off.
