Board Rules

First, we aren't crazy about rules. "You can say this but you can't say that." It's everything we exist to free people from. Still, to avoid total anarchy, a few guidelines have to be set.

1. Concern fagging is not shamed or attacked here. If you're feeling discouraged, down, depressed, or the like, you cannot push it down or deny it and have it go away. You must open up, discuss it, and those anons who are mature enough will help you pull yourself up and out of it. Motivation needs a foundation. It doesn't magically appear just because others demand it.

2. We have no use for enforcer fags who self-proclaim themselves to be in charge of keeping the board safe for democracy. Nobody died and made them boss. If you're having issues with somebody's posts, filter them. It's exceedingly easy to do and it keeps us from having to ban people.

3. Please do not advertise commercial products here. MENTIONING one in passing if you're actively participating is not a crime.

4. PLEASE do not act like a stoned caveman and attack somebody's theories. If you're that offended, filter the person in question. But declaring a concept to be b.s. without thorough investigation only flags you as a hard headed normie. The more an idea is pushed down, the harder it's going to push back.

5. There's a huge difference between religious discussion and outright evangelism. Declarations are evangelism and you can take it to the bank, we've all heard it all before. Believe what you will but please don't clutter this board with religious zealotry. Discussion of religious beliefs, especially as those beliefs might motivate a person or group being researched, is perfectly fine.

The goal is to have everybody feeling like they are welcome here and like they belong. Bullying other anons is a pet peeve of mine. It's inexcusable when you have the filter option always at hand. And, as mentioned, I have a super ultra special dislike for enforcer fags. When the board is littered with posts of anons attacking anons just for believing a theory they don't personally like, it doesn't do a lot to welcome people and make them feel at home.

How far we have come from the days when I was sitting in an enormous field station surrounded by four antiquated vacuum tube-driven R390A receivers, BFO on, wearing even older headphones with metal plates in them and cloth cords. And this was 1980!

The pattern we're seeing in the Middle East is not that it's about oil, but rather about human trafficking. Result: I'm slim and do not carry excess fluid.

I used to do 3+ hour bike rides 7 days a week in Colorado. For 2+ years. I never took water with me. Never needed it. I dropped down to 165-170 and stayed there for as long as I was riding. No other concerns were placed on diet. I ate what I wanted, when I wanted.

It still amazes me how many people believe that the evil Deep State is suddenly good, wholesome, and concerned about our health when it comes to recommendations for diet - while everything from chemtrails to fluoride in the water continue unabated. Suddenly in the area of diet and nutrition they are being up front and honest and telling us how to stay healthy while they maximize every other option for keeping us sick and weak.

I know a lot of fat people. Many of them are medicated, for starters. I should add that sugar is an addictive substance. I guess we evolved so fast in terms of agriculture that our bodies couldn't adjust. Alcohol is essentially a form of sugar. I drank like a fish in the Army and one day I just walked away from it. Never looked back, never missed it. I did it because "that's what you do" if you're in the military.

MOST people are addicted to alcohol. Most interpret "addiction" to mean walking around stumbling drunk 24/7. Not the case. When in a social situation, and alcohol is available, how often do people say no? Never. NEVER. For most it's the highlight of the day, the big reward, to have "a glass of wine" that most people cannot and do not stop at. They will usually drink 100% of whatever wine is on hand, 100% of the time. THAT is addiction.

When there is no variation in the events where alcohol must be a part of the proceedings, that is addiction.

Of course, alcohol is older than mankind and has always been a problem. Wine especially because it's so sugar based. Products containing Xylitol (alcohol sugar) are priced at outrageous levels because people will pay that price to get the fix. They don't realize what's happening, but the prices are where they are and the stuff containing xylitol is not hurting for sales.

By inference I cannot argue the addictiveness of sugar. It has its impact and it's highly addictive. But my theory is that our bodies grow up around our diet as it exists until puberty. I've had a long time interest in diet. Not because I've constantly wanted to lose weight or whatever. It just interests me. I constantly question what those who are seen as being 'authorities' on the matter, say. People do question.

I take bits and pieces that I feel are likely useful; cooked ripe tomatoes are better than raw, cooked spinach is better than raw, grated carrot is better than whole carrot for eg. All because of the chemical changes that take place due to those processes. I throw most of everything else out the window.

Eat a good variety of fresh foods in moderation. Drink plenty of water. Exercise mind and body, and stay in touch with your inner self.

If I feel good, I'm happy. That's my standard.

I'm not getting into the alcohol conversation. It's different for everyone, as is food for that matter, really. The world is devoid of care in so many ways. People use crutches, some alcohol,, others food, drugs, the list goes on. If everyone started caring a little more, the world would be a much better place in an instant.

It's too much to ask for common sense.

Nobody NEEDS to be any way at all. They are where and how they are because that is where life led them. That is the result of the personal experiences they were given.

Most of what we judge, we have no experience of as ourselves, and we never could have an experience of what led to it being another person.

Respect for where people are, and avoiding judgment, may be the most peaceful way forward that anybody has ever found. Maybe.

When all this started, we had an American nation full of people who were fed up with the dismantling of their nation. Trump, and by extension Q, rode in on their white steeds to save the day. Their following was near-instant and extremely devoted.

Something shifted on March 10. I don't know what it was specifically but the entire effort was plunged into an intense period of darkness. Since that time the magic has dissolved.
