POTUS immediately blocks all assets deemed to be from a “foreign person” within the US. This could literally be anything deemed to be controlled by a “foreign person”
What is a foreign person? (non US, but person is any entity… including family members of people in question).
The asset blocks ONLY pertain to anyone involved, that may have anything to do with the destruction of HK autonomy and right to FREEDOM.
So, POTUS has effectively created a block on all assets for anyone who may have remotely anything to do with the subversion and violation of HK’s autonomy AND who has had any part in the destruction of their right to FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION, AND CENSORSHIP.
POTUS also declared it a National Emergency. And threatens US National Security.
Does this mean a non-foreign person may lose their rights as US citizens and be deemed a “foreign person” should they be deemed to aiding and abetting the end of HK?
Who was running GOOG? Does YT Censor?
Who was invested in TWTR? Does TWTR Censor?
What about FB? Any FOREIGN official, director, lender, major investor, whatever… Does FB Censor?
What if “foreign persons” have a stake in ANY US entity…. What if those “foreign persons” were part of the downfall of HK?
Etc… Etc…
What is the Censorship and crimes relating to? Basically 1A rights to HK, as well as it’s democracy and rule of law. Who is responsible? COMMUNISTS. With no respect for sovereignty, democracy, freedom of speech, rights… etc… Do we have budding marxist/communist in our western world? :)

Has POTUS just given the green light to SHINE LIGHT on the huge wrongs done on the HKSAR by the CCP?
To go viral would mean that the world sees the REAL atrocities being done right now in HK who are literally fighting for their existence and lives.
At the same time hearing some of the most intelligent students and citizens explain to the world why freedom, democracy and the Rule of Law is critical for their survival.
At the same time hearing of the ATROCITIES and CRIMES against humanity COMMUNISTS have done to try and destroy HK autonomy.
A great way to show the world the evil the communist pathway is.
And if the above is suppressed, that would amount to CENSORSHIP.
What would happen if that suppression was on TWTR, FB, AMZN, YT, GOOG.. whatever?
I think Section 4, a , iv. Spells out that this could possibly be a block on their assets. But also shine light on the entities helping the CCP destroy HK (including governments).+
Done effectively, on multiple platforms, this amounts to showing the world what is really going on in HK, demonstrating plights of freedom from communist tyrrany while simultaneously tempting the media platforms (including MSM btw) to suppress the reality, thereby committing the offense as laid out by the Executive Order. Section 4aiv.
