The only way they can be stopped is if the illegals are deported and a major effort is made in country to breakup the Muslim ghettos and force them to assimilate and undo the Islamic brainwashing.
I would prefer to revoke their citizenships/residencies but thats not legally doable. So the only way is thru forced assimilation and re-education schools to undo the brainwashing but even then how you can prevent sleepers? These people are radicals.
