Could oil rigs be used for human trafficking? There are helicopters flying out to oil rigs all over the world, including the Gulf of Mexico and the North Sea (Denmark, Norway, Germany, Scotland), and Australia while normal jobs are closed down. Why is this? Is there something else going on?

I understand that illegal drug sales may be possible on oil rigs, with helicopters dropping off and picking up without attracting attention. Could there be human cargo involved? Access to underground/water tunnels? Could people be brought to the rigs without the normal crew noticing? Or is it done in off hours? Are the crews working now?

Images from flightradar24, Apr 2020. I have also seen swarms of helicopters in the North Sea and the Gulf of Mexico, but don't have those images right now.
