Anons, .Some amazing things are happening. I have both sites open in two tabs since first QRB bread MAYBE we look at what is happening and tell the shills this dual site situation is SO GOOD, we'll take both.. no "either or" limitations on our "Build Out" process? FIRST: Q Research is the main board, and many sites are automated with it like maybe Qmap.pub, Qresear.ch and others?
1) It is officially international! (We Keep this, it is a treasure)
2) Meme warriors are so talented and funny, that the memes out of this place are worth being here without any other reason. It attracts new people just for the laughs.
3) Just before SHTF, back site builders were building a place to put vetted news on a work safe site, which will make a huge difference in what headlines can be watched at work during the day! (no porn) See wearethene.ws and picture the water cooler conversations when this site is completely up.
4) The researchers here are excellent, and there are a ton of you guys who can dig the net like no other.
5) Qresearch is DAMN slow compared to QRB cuz of CAPTIA, tho
6) It has a Dictator for a BO, but Anons are awesome. They are overcoming this by teamwork.... and shitting the bread with the Notables that Anons still vote on and hopefully still vet big time for sauce and title.

Meanwhile.... at the Q research bunker:(QRB) the site was suddenly UNLOCKED the night of the mayhem here on Qresearch, but, silence from Q.

1)Within 4 hours, QRB is built for speed, no CAPTIA;
2) It is setting up smoothly, with dough at the top of bread, using old format, so that;
3) Even if we all choose to stay here, we have a second site set up to go to for SPEED while the DS is attempting an internet evidence scrub like they did the other night.
4) No Dictator BO'/BV, far as I can tell this is all run by special ops veteran anons. So, it's no longer useful for BO to pull another fast one. We have CAPTIA liberated skilled anon back up system.
5) BUT QRB it is normally slower than this place which makes it nice for advanced baker training etc. Seasoned anons there are amazing, and helpful.
6) The Veteran Anons hate CAPTIA cuz it's like putting a governor on their high test chan racing engines. It forces them into the 35mph lane with "confused about how to post newfags", complete with "Student Driver" stickers, and grannies with groceries learning to bake buns. (Great easy copy paste beginner skills for baking by the way.)
7) PLUS, after what BO did, there is no way in hell that kind of cluster fuck will be allowed to be played by BO in the middle of the NEXT 4 HUGE news story breakouts .....while evidence is being scrubbed on the internet like it was the other night. The Pro anons will not stand for it.
The CAPTIAS allowed internet evidence of crimes to be scrubbed before the vets had a chance to snatch it. These are seasoned gamer-gate vets who know what a board attack looks like.
If they had QRB no CAPTIA, they could have gotten to all that evidence on China fetus soup, and UK Liddle Kids and a big site of pictures full of Epsteins buddies at possible Walnut Sauce Parties, ....and PP may be selling aborted babies for $70.00 .lb to Asia? Cause? Tay–Sachs disease is caused by insufficient activity of the enzyme hexosaminidase A. Hexosaminidase A is a vital hydrolytic enzyme, found in the lysosomes, that breaks down sphingolipids. When hexosaminidase A is no longer functioning properly, the lipids accumulate in the brain and interfere with normal biological processes. Hexosaminidase A specifically breaks down fatty acid derivatives called gangliosides; these are made and biodegraded rapidly in early life as the brain develops.
Ashkenazi Jews have a high incidence of Tay–Sachs and other lipid storage diseases. In the United States, about 1 in 27 to 1 in 30 Ashkenazi Jews is a recessive carrier. The disease incidence is about 1 in every 3,500 newborn among Ashkenazi Jews.
The disease is classified into several forms, which are differentiated based on the onset age of neurological symptoms.
Infantile Tay–Sachs disease. Infants with Tay–Sachs disease appear to develop normally for the first six months after birth. Then, as neurons become distended with gangliosides, a relentless deterioration of mental and physical abilities begins. The child may become blind, deaf, unable to swallow, atrophied, and paralytic. Death usually occurs before the age of four.
Juvenile Tay–Sachs disease. Juvenile Tay–Sachs disease is rarer than other forms of Tay–Sachs, and usually is initially seen in children between two and ten years old. People with Tay–Sachs disease develop cognitive and motor skill deterioration, dysarthria, dysphagia, ataxia, and spasticity. Death usually occurs between the age of five to fifteen years.
Adult/Late-Onset Tay–Sachs disease. A rare form of this disease, known as Adult-Onset or Late-Onset Tay–Sachs disease, usually has its first symptoms during the 30s or 40s. In contrast to the other forms, late-onset Tay–Sachs disease is usually not fatal as the effects can stop progressing. It is
frequently misdiagnosed. It is characterized by unsteadiness of gait and progressive neurological deterioration. Symptoms of late-onset Tay–Sachs – which typically begin to be seen in adolescence or early adulthood – include speech and swallowing difficulties, unsteadiness of gait, spasticity, cognitive decline, and psychiatric illness, particularly a schizophrenia-like psychosis. People with late-onset Tay–Sachs may become full-time wheelchair users in adulthood.

The bronze statue of former President Barack Obama was unveiled in Rapid City this weekend. It took two years to capture what organizers call the ‘wow factor’. This statue brings something new to the Downtown area.

More than 300 people fill the Elks Theater for a glimpse of the new bronze statue. There’s a patriotic opening ceremony.
Dallerie Davis is a Cofounder and the Artist Liaison with the City of Presidents. She says coming up with the concept for this statue wasn’t an easy feat. The original idea was Obama standing and waving, until Davis and the artist saw the mock up.
“One of us said ‘this is boring’.”
Davis says they decided it was missing something. She says there are two foolproof ways to remedy a boring statue.
“You can either add a dog or you can add a child.”
The two decided to add Obama’s youngest daughter-Sasha. Sasha is the first female included in the City of Presidents sculpture project.
“President Obama is now destined to be a wow factor statue.”
The crowd gives a standing ovation when the bronze is revealed. The artist of the statue, James Van Nuys, says he based it on an image of Obama holding his daughter’s hand during his first inauguration. What stood out to Van Nuys was…
“Sasha, walking on the stage and being excited as only a little kid can be.”
He says as a father, he felt a connection to the image.
“When my daughter was a little kid she was literally my best friend. So a dad with his daughter has a kind of special meaning for me.”
The new statue is being installed Monday Morning on the corner of St. Joseph and Fourth Street in Rapid City.

I have a lil theory on Epstein donations.
Just like they seem to groom children into their sex networks I would think same tactic can be used towards potential blackmail victims.
For example, donations to political campaigns might be effective to establish a friendly bond that may develop into a possible blackmail opportunity .
If a particular candidate is already compromised there is an even better reason to donate, as it increases the chances of said candidate becoming a much more valuable compromised asset.
Should there not then be possible to look at the numbers and get a statical probability of who is potentially compromised and who is not?

The U.S. may approve licenses for companies to re-start new sales to Huawei in as little as two weeks, according to a senior U.S. official, in a sign President Donald Trump’s recent effort to ease restrictions on the Chinese company could move forward quickly.
Huawei, the world’s largest telecommunications equipment maker, was added to a Commerce Department list in May that prohibits U.S. companies from supplying it with new American-made goods and services unless they obtain licenses that will likely be denied.
But late last month, after meeting with Chinese president Xi Jinping, President Donald Trump announced American firms could sell products to Huawei. And in recent days, Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross said licenses would be issued where there is no threat to national security.
Trump’s reversal, and rapid implementation by the Commerce Department, suggests chip industry lobbying, coupled with Chinese political pressure, may well reignite U.S. technology sales to Huawei.
Two U.S. chipmakers who supply Huawei told Reuters in recent days they would apply for more licenses after Ross’s comments. They asked to remain anonymous.
A customer response management company and a firm that simulates cross-sectional radar for Huawei are also likely to file applications in the coming days, according to Craig Ridgley, a trade compliance consultant in Washington.
Out of $70 billion that Huawei spent buying components in 2018, some $11 billion went to U.S. firms including Qualcomm (QCOM.O), Intel (INTC.O) and Micron Technology (MU.O).
“Since there’s no downside, companies are absolutely submitting applications, as required by the regulations,” said Washington lawyer Kevin Wolf, a former Commerce Department official.
A Huawei spokesman said “the Entity list restrictions should be removed altogether, rather than have temporary licenses applied for US vendors. Huawei has been found guilty of no relevant wrongdoing and represents no cybersecurity risk to any country so the restrictions are unmerited.”
U.S. companies can currently sell goods in order to maintain existing networks and provide software updates to existing Huawei handsets, but are prohibited from making new sales of American-made goods and services.
Furthermore, not all U.S. sales to Huawei hinge on government approvals of license requests. Some U.S. chipmakers sales to Huawei may not need licenses because their products could be beyond the scope of U.S. export controls since many are manufactured abroad with few U.S. components.
U.S. officials have sought to clarify the new policy in recent weeks, saying they will allow sales of non-sensitive technology readily available abroad if national security is protected. But they have also reiterated that Huawei remains on the entity list, and relief would be temporary.
The U.S. semiconductor industry has been lobbying for broader relief, arguing that U.S. security goals should be advanced in a way that does not undermine the ability to compete globally and retain technological leadership. Suppliers want to be allowed to provide customer service support for chips they build and sell overseas, or the approval to ship new American-made equipment to Huawei and its subsidiaries around the world.
Still, it is unclear which products will be granted licenses. Some U.S. suppliers sought clarity at a conference the Commerce Department held in Washington this week.
One manufacturer’s representative was told by the senior U.S. official that licenses could be granted in two to four weeks at the conference on Thursday.
The person, who did not want to be identified, said the official did not delineate the criteria for license approvals, but she came away believing they would be made on a case-by-case basis, at least at first, as the agency seeks to form more broad opinions.

The event is sponsored by the Museum of Discovery of Little Rock; Mathias donated a Bi-Polar Musical Tesla Coil at the museum in 2015 that earned a Guinness World Record designation, according to a news release.
The event will feature the "World's Largest Tesla Coil" which, at 40 feet tall, shoots 60-foot bolts of lightning, Mathias said in the release.
"Greg Leyh, a California electrical engineer and scientist, completed construction of the 40-foot coil tower in October 2018 and will display its awesome capabilities during a 45-minute program which starts at 8:45 p.m.," Mathias said.
"This amazing coil has been demonstrated at the Wardenclyffe Tesla Science Center in Shoreham, N.Y., and California. Recently, Greg Leyh demonstrated a similar size coil in Tasmania where over 100,000 attended, " he said.
The free event will begin at 6 p.m. Saturday on the grounds of the Clinton Presidential Center. Food trucks will be featured, and beer and other beverages will be available for purchase starting at 6 p.m.
"I am thrilled to have arranged for this once-in-a-lifetime electrifying program for Arkansas. The coil produces 3.1 millionvolts at 240,000 watts," Mathias said.
Attendees are welcome to bring camp chairs, lawn chairs and blankets. Coolers and outside food and drinks, other than water, will not be permitted. Disposable earplugs will be available at no charge.

The media mogul and alleged spy’s increasingly redacted ties to the PROMIS scandal include tapping a government database on tapping government databases
Sir Robert Maxwell is mostly remembered as the Czech-born British media mogul who owned the Daily Mirror and was a Member of Parliament. Less remembered is that he was an alleged spy for both the U.K. and Israel, and was accused of ties to the Mossad abduction of Mordechai Vanunu - accusations which he denied shortly before his apparent suicide. All but forgotten, however, are his alleged ties to the PROMIS affair, thanks in no small part to the FBI withdrawing his file from public view. The withheld materials describe Maxwell accessing an NSA database with information on tapping government databases, which is precisely what U.S. and Israeli intelligence are accused of modifying PROMIS to do. According to FBI documents first obtained by William Hamilton of Inslaw Inc., the original creator of the PROMIS software which was stolen by the Justice Department, the FBI was contacted by employees of Sandia National Laboratories regarding Robert Maxwell and his company’s access to government databases based on information from the National Security Agency. As a result, the FBI opened a counterintelligence investigation to the matter. According to court documents and a FOIA appeal filed by William Hamilton and Inslaw, portions of these documents were suddenly reclassified by the FBI in response to Inslaw’s FOIA request.
Hamilton’s appeal letter to the DOJ, later entered by Inslaw into the court record by Inslaw as Exhibit A, alleges that the FOIA request had originally been assigned to FBI FOIA specialist Karen Browning. Inslaw alleged that on November 19, 1993 they had “learned from Ms. Browning that the Inslaw FOIA had been taken away from her and placed on a section chief’s desk.” The section chief apparently then assigned it to FOIA specialist Sue Knopka, which due to poor communication from the FBI, Inslaw apparently assumed was the FOIA section chief on whose desk the FOIA request had been placed. On December 9th, Ms. Knopka apparently informed Inslaw that her review had been completed, and her work was being re-reviewed by others (which is not uncommon). Inslaw alleged that according to the document’s marginalia, much of the material was declassified on December 13th, and re-reviewed on December 21st - at which point portions appear to have been reclassified and re-redacted. The marginalia appears to confirm Inslaw’s statement, with stamps declaring that the information was “UNCLASSIFIED” on 12/13/92 and “Classified” on 12/21/92, with portions redacted for b7C to protect “personal information in law enforcement records.” Notably, the “personal information” redacted primarily consisted of file numbers responsive to an FBI search and the subject of those searches.
In 1994, Hamilton and Inslaw filed a new FOIA request, for which they received 20 pages. They appealed the subsequent redactions and withholdings, which were later upheld by the DOJ. Nine years later, the materials were re-reviewed and released with a conflicting set of redactions. In these versions of the documents, released in early 2013, all mentions of NSA involvement are redacted. However, the search slips are no longer as redacted - while the subject remains remains redacted - now for privacy per both b7C and b6 - the file numbers are no longer hidden.

Acting Immigration and Customs Enforcement Director Matthew Albence took a swipe at U.S. mayors who announced their opposition to planned immigration raids.
“The entire public is safer when law enforcement works together,” Albence said Sunday on Fox News, reacting to several mayors across the country who declared they would not be helping federal immigration authorities locate and apprehend illegal aliens living in their jurisdictions.
“It’s incredulous that it’s OK for these law enforcement agencies and these jurisdictions to enforce the laws that they’re sworn to uphold, but when we come in to do our enforcement that we’re sworn to uphold, all the sudden it’s a problem,” he said.
Albence’s comments came the same day as ICE agents are to conduct sweeping raids in major U.S. cities and elsewhere. The agency is expected to apprehend, and eventually deport, roughly 2,000 illegal immigrants who have ignored court orders to leave the country.
Liberal mayors are not the only ones opposed to the operation.
A number of high-profile Democrats have not only come out against the raids, but have given public instructions on how to avoid arrest by an ICE agent. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, for example, said during her weekly press conference on July 11 that a deportation warrant is not the same as a search warrant and that illegal immigrants should simply not open the door if an agent comes knocking.
Twice-failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton tweeted out a Spanish language instructional pamphlet on July 11 for illegal aliens to follow, advising them not to open the door and to report any ICE activity they see.
The agency chief, however, had issue with the terminology being widely used to describe Sunday’s operation, making clear that ICE is only targeting people who have defied an immigration judge’s order.
“I think using the term ‘raid’ does everybody a disservice. We are doing targeted enforcement actions against specific individuals who have had their day in immigration court and have been ordered removed by an immigration judge. We are merely executing those lawfully issued judge’s orders,” Albence explained.
“These are individuals who have come into this country illegally, had the opportunity to make an asylum claim in front of an immigration judge, and most of them chose not to avail themselves at the opportunity, and didn’t even show up to their first hearing,” he continued. An Australian man with a receding mullet and facial tattoos has been arrested after allegedly swiping sex toys from a Gold Coast store.
The 26-year-old man is accused of running off with almost A$500 in merchandise from a sex shop, stealing cars, and also pinching a mobile phone and two sour gecko lollies from a convenience store.
The man, whose facial and skull tattoos read "Never take my soul" and "Death before dishonour", was arrested on the weekend.
He will appear in the Southport Magistrates Court on Monday charged with 11 offences including stealing.

There's something to this…I hike the beach pretty much daily. There's a huge difference if I hike it dry or in the ocean…even a little bit. Dry, is sweaty work…and I'm pretty fit. Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti released a Twitter video Saturday explaining why he and the city's government won't be cooperating with federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents as they carry out raids nationwide.
President Trump initially announced raids on illegal immigrants in June, before backing off to give Congress more time to find a bipartisan solution. He then greenlit the operation for this weekend, and a senior administration official told Fox News the crackdown was underway in New York City and several other places.
Garcetti, a Democrat, gave legal advice to those living in Los Angeles illegally and informed them of which city resources they could take advantage of – including but not limited to a lawyer. "We've all heard reports the Trump administration is threatening to round up and deport thousands of immigrant families in cities across America this weekend," he began.
"I want every Angeleno to know their rights and how to exercise them. Remember, you have the right to remain silent. You don't have to open your door to an ICE agent that doesn't have a warrant signed by a judge. You have the right to speak to a lawyer before signing any documents or speaking to law enforcement. And, if you need help finding an attorney, you can call 311 and learn more about our Justice Fund and other resources that offer legal support."
Garcetti also told them to keep records of everything happening between them and federal law enforcement officers and recommended taking down names and badge numbers. He also proudly declared his city would not be assisting with the ICE raids.
"Whenever possible, keep a record of everything that happens. Take note of an officer's name and badge number, of when and where you are being questioned, so you can use that information in your own defense," he said.
"And, most importantly I want you to know, you do not need to be afraid. Your city is on your side, and rest assured, here in Los Angeles we are not coordinating with ICE."
Garcetti ceded time to Los Angeles Police Chief Michel Moore, who claimed local law enforcement was staying out of the raids on the basis of federalism. He said it's the federal government's job to deal with issues of immigration, while local police deal with safety.
"Our police force does not do the job of federal law enforcement, so I want to reiterate what the mayor just said. The Los Angeles police department is not assisting ICE in any way," he said.
"We will not enforce immigration laws that are civil in nature and fall under the justification of the federal government. Immigration is a federal matter. Safety is a police matter, and we're not going to mix those two."
Before Garcetti signed off he said the issue of illegal immigration wasn't political but simply was about being a "good neighbor."
"In Los Angeles, we draw strength from the diverse dynamic communities that call our city home and we support immigrant families because they're our friends, neighbors, colleagues, confidants, our fellow taxpayers, local business owners, and co-workers. For us, this isn't partisan politics," he said.
"It's about being a good neighbor… and we will never let fear and intimidation win the day. We are in this together."
