ANALYSIS/OPINION:
With the clearly unethical and most likely criminal behavior of the upper management levels of the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) exposed by Chairman Devin Nunes of the House Intelligence Committee, there are two complementary areas that have been conveniently swept under the rug.
The first deals with the murder of the Democratic National Committee (DNC) staffer Seth Rich, and the second deals with the alleged hacking of the DNC server by Russia. Both should be of prime interest to special counsel Robert Mueller, but do not hold your breath.
The facts that we know of in the murder of the DNC staffer, Seth Rich, was that he was gunned down blocks from his home on July 10, 2016. Washington Metro police detectives claim that Mr. Rich was a robbery victim, which is strange since after being shot twice in the back, he was still wearing a $2,000 gold necklace and watch. He still had his wallet, key and phone. Clearly, he was not a victim of robbery.
This has all the earmarks of a targeted hit job. However, strangely no one has been charged with this horrific crime, and what is more intriguing is that no law enforcement agency is even investigating this murder. According to other open sources, Metro police were told by their “higher ups” that if they spoke about the case, they will be immediately terminated. It has been claimed that this order came down from very high up the “food chain,” well beyond the D.C. mayor’s office. Interesting.
One more unexplained twist is that on July 10, 2016, the same day Seth Rich was murdered, an FBI agent’s car was burglarized in the same vicinity. Included in the FBI equipment stolen was a 40 caliber Glock 22. D.C. Metro police issued a press release, declaring that the theft of the FBI agent’s car occurred between 5 and 7 a.m. Two weeks later, the FBI changed the time of the theft to between 12 a.m. and 2 a.m. Was the FBI gun used to shoot Seth Rich? Neither the FBI nor the Metro police will discuss.

…Another aspect that needs to be uncovered is the FBI’s “denial” that its cyber experts who share space with the D.C. Metro police department at Cleveland Avenue in the District, assisted in accessing data on Mr. Rich’s laptop. Not likely. Data on the laptop revealed that Mr. Rich downloaded thousands of DNC emails and was in touch with Wikileaks. The file with evidence of what was on Mr. Rich’s laptop sits with the FBI in a co-shared space with the D.C. police department. According to Ed Butowsky, an acquaintance of the family, in his discussions with Joel and Mary Rich, they confirmed that their son transmitted the DNC emails to Wikileaks.
Since then, the DNC hired a “spokesperson,” Brad Burman, a known hatchet man to basically cut off any further communications with Mr. Rich’s parents. Interestingly, it is well known in the intelligence circles that Seth Rich and his brother, Aaron Rich, downloaded the DNC emails and was paid by Wikileaks for that information.
While Wikileaks doesn’t expose sources, Julian Assange gave a clear clue during an Aug. 9, 2016 interview on Dutch television when he implied that Mr. Rich was killed because he was the Wikileaks source of the DNC emails. Mr. Assange offered a $20,000 reward leading to the arrest of Mr. Rich’s killers. Also, why hasn’t Aaron Rich been interviewed, and where is he?
With regard to the alleged Russian hacking of the DNC server, Mr. Assange also offered information to the Trump administration to prove Russia didn’t hack the DNC server, as the DNC claimed. Mr. Assange also met with Orange Country Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, California Republican, and gave him information to present to the Trump administration to prove no one hacked the DNC server.
However, with the Obama holdovers in key positions, it is not surprising that no one from the Trump administration would meet with the congressman or Mr. Assange. New Zealand tech expert Kim DotCom said he has proof that both he and Seth Rich were involved in passing the emails to Wikileaks, but he has been ignored as well.
The FBI opened an investigation into the theft of the DNC emails in July 2016. However, the FBI has not inspected the DNC server because the DNC won’t give permission. Is the FBI an extension of the DNC? That’s why we have subpoenas. Instead, the FBI relied on an assessment by a cyber security firm, Crowd Strike, hired by the Hillary Clinton campaign and DNC’s law firm Perkins Coie as proof that Russia was the hacker. Incompetence is an understatement. Corruption at the highest levels of the DOJ/FBI is clear.
The Trump administration must take charge and get a competent attorney general to pursue these crimes.

"Watch the Water"
So for the last couple of days there has been an apparent "Hotspot" in the gulf. It reached a peak temp of 135 degrees and is currently 117. This is a surface air temperature.
The water temperature, displayed in the yellow in the middle picture, is constant through out the gulf. No huge red spot with a gradient like you would expect if it were caused my geothermal venting or lava flow.
My first thought was this is just a bad sensor on a weather buoy, but then I looked at some Gulf historical temperatures and compared it to the current temps.
All across the gulf, the water temperature appears to be *10* degrees higher than historical march averages. in Oceanic terms, 10 degrees is a huge number.
What could cause this hot air temperature data point but a hugely elevated evenly distributed gulf water temperature? I have no idea. This probably means a bad señsor, but this deserves some attention from any weather/oceanography/satellite/climatechange-fags who might be lurking.

Father Michael Relyea of St Mark’s confirmed this to me by letter after he searched the church records. There are several later Thomas Addis Emmets, including the author of the 1915 book, buried in the family vault at the New York City Marble Cemetery, and our man is sometimes reported to be there too. But his remains appear still to rest at St Mark’s. Pawlowski’s co-defendant, Allentown lawyer Scott Allinson, also was convicted on two counts of conspiracy and bribery.

There is some evidence to suggest that the CIA may have even been flying in the drugs for them, on their return flights to the U.S. (!) The fact that many of the 'freelance' mercenaries employed by the agency (a la Soldier of Fortune) often "part-time" to train the private security forces of the traffickers is not a complete coincidence.
But the CIA, while undermining the official policy of the DEA through its own covert policy, never lost sight of the propaganda value of the War on Drugs. Earlier today I posted something that I'd come across. I thought it might be "the key," or a big part of it. I didn't go over well--the daytime anons seem to be a lot slower than the nighttime ones.
So here's the idea: we know that the days that Q posts matter, because when we mirror certain posts around Dec. 23rd, we can find matching posts that the same number of days before and after that day. I decided to make a table for people doing that work--marking each date where Q posted, so they could find mirror days easily.
I remembered post #365, which seemed to say that a 10 day spread was also a "10" marker. But taken by itself, that's basically useless knowledge: how many contiguous groups of ten can you find among 144 days? Maybe something like 124, I'm guessing. Useless.
Then I started thinking about the 7/10 posts...and I was thinking "7 out of 10" instead of "July 10." And it struck me: what if it's about finding sets of ten contiguous days where Q had posted in seven of them?
Looking over the table, I found six groups where that was true. Some of them overlapped, and I wasn't sure how they should be interpreted...so I looked up other situations where you had a number/number. I found 7/10, 9/11, 10/30, and 12/19.
There's only one section of 19 days where Q posted on 12 of them...and the day that falls in the middle (11-20-2017). I found two interesting things:
1. the 12/19 post says "(Find Post)", and
post #166 (the middle of the 12/19 section)
says "(Repost to correct thread)."

It's not exact, at all...but during one of the 7/10 periods (2/8 - 2/17), there were two domestic airplane crashes--the one in Russia and the one in Iran. There wasn't a single domestic airline crash in all of 2017 in the entire world, but suddenly there are two in a week--and both from agitator states? (note: Bloomberg and BBC posted their stories on Feb. 17, but reported the crash as happening on the 18th).
So I started looking up other connections. RED_RED 9/11 matched up with the RED RED posts on December 4th, which was in a 9/11 section. I just noticed that Q mentioned an interview that Obama did on 11-27-17...but I'd never seen or heard of it before. Today, when I did a search I found it--I think it was recorded in 11-27-17, but released sometime in January.
As I've said, it isn't perfect...but it might be another tool to help triangulate answers. I don't think there's just one big "trick" to get the whole map figured out--the "Think Mirror" trick only works on some posts, the markers only unlock some parts, I suspect the "clock" thing is only going to unlock some, and I think that this unlocks some.
One other thing: if this is actually a thing, then the first post mentioned that the national guard would be activated on 10/30, and Hillary Clinton would have her passports flagged and be extradited if necessary. A lot of people immediately turned away when October 30th came and went...but what if Q was referring to a time when he would post on ten out of 30 days? He hasn't posted in a little over a week...

Foundation Alleges PA Violated NVRA
(HARRISBURG, PA.) – February 26, 2018: The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) filed a lawsuit today against the Pennsylvania Department of State for failing to disclose a reported 100,000 noncitizen registered voter records under federal law (PILF v. Torres et. al. 1:18-cv-00463).
In summary, the Pennsylvania Department of State (DOS) refused the PILF’s rights to inspect or be furnished documents related to noncitizen registered voters either reporting their own unlawful activities or discovered thanks to a joint study with the Department of Transportation (PennDOT). The latter effort has reportedly revealed 100,000 cases of noncitizens currently registered to vote in the Commonwealth. The DOS’ actions constitute an apparent violation of the National Voter Registration Act of 1993.
A core concern for the lawsuit stems from a report by City of Philadelphia Commissioner Al Schmidt to the Pennsylvania Assembly in 2017, which detailed how a DOS/PennDOT study of noncitizen driver’s license holders matched records belonging to roughly 100,000 current voters in the statewide registration database.
The DOS/PennDOT study was triggered in September 2017 after Pennsylvania officials admitted to a “glitch” that offered voter registration opportunities to all PennDOT customers regardless of citizenship status since the 1990s. Prior to the study, election officials only took actions to remove ineligible noncitizens from the rolls after they self-reported their statuses. A full accounting of how many registered and voted remains unclear due to the DOS’ intentionally limited transparency.
“For months, Pennsylvania bureaucrats have concealed facts about noncitizens registering and voting—that ends today,” PILF President and General Counsel J. Christian Adams said. “Before this lawsuit, the State admitted to a ‘glitch’ that exposed thousands of driver’s license customers to voter registration offers despite their noncitizen status since the 1990s. The Secretary of State abruptly resigned. DOS officials blocked federal public inspection rights. The PILF hopes to finally get answers about the true scale of noncitizen voting in Pennsylvania and assist lawmakers in crafting reforms that fix it.”
Beginning in October 2017, the PILF began a formal dialogue with the DOS to inspect records related to noncitizen voter registrants. Requests were rejected twice, despite making them pursuant to Section 8 of the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA). The NVRA allows unfettered physical inspection rights to all records related to voter list maintenance. In December 2017, the PILF notified the DOS of its apparent violation of the NVRA. The lawsuit filed today seeks to compel inspection of the aforementioned records.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation has built a record of case studies uncovering noncitizen voter registration and voting in a growing number of states.
In October 2016, PILF found noncitizens registered to vote in Philadelphia. Half of those voted in at least one election.
In May 2017, PILF found 5,556 voters removed by the Commonwealth of Virginia as “non-citizens”. Roughly 33% voted. This research followed an initial October 2016 sampling that yielded 1,000 noncitizens.
In September 2017, PILF found 1,069 noncitizens within New Jersey’s voter registration system.
In October 2017, PILF testified before the Pennsylvania House State Government Committee on the matter of noncitizen voting in the state and encouraged an official review to identify more ineligible voters. Testimony was taken again by the PA Senate State Government Committee in December 2017.
In January 2018, PILF put Bexar County, Texas, on notice that it will file a federal lawsuit if officials continue to refuse inspection of voter records belonging to noncitizens discovered or self-reported.
In January 2018, PILF put Harris County, Texas, on notice that it will file a federal lawsuit if officials continue to refuse inspection of voter records belonging to noncitizens discovered or self-reported.

IMO high contrast of bright screen with phone frame makes it pretty easy to mask and select the screen in PS. Just have some stocks of phone screens in a hidden layer ready to paste in.

The 2.3mb jpg is useless. That's the edited file that's converted to SRGB for web use.
A Getty guy said photog shot original in large JPG, not RAW (.cr2). I think that original large JPG would be uploaded to a cloud server any any editors would download a copy of the large JPG to work on. I don't think that they would alter the original JPG.

Personally I thought things were going pretty well. A zoom that big inside would only make sense if it was a sequence in a gigapixel panorama.
Shit, though, maybe they're using zooms like that to catch people doing shit, who knows nowadays. Can't rule out anything anymore.
Would a gigapixel pro setup use an automated panorama head, IOW, would it be recognizable from a photo taken from another camera in a different spot in the hall?
