@laralogan

I investigated election fraud for two and a half years after the 2020 election. When I started out, I wondered if/how it was poss to steal an entire election. By the time I was done, I understood there is no part of the election system that is not riven with fraud. From the census which determines representation in congress & doesn’t allow citizenship to be included, to automatic voter registration which provides cover to vote in young people’s names before they’re eligible, voter rolls filled with fraudulent entries, machines controlled by private entities where no one in the election system has access or speaks code to the reporting systems controlled by the same people, to servers located & controlled in foreign countries & so on. It is a national disgrace, a massive national security breach & it is designed to undermine the will of the people.

Screw it, cancel me. Anatomy of election fraud.

I just heard from a general contractor friend in Los Angeles that in 2020 a vacant home he was doing construction on received hundreds of ballots

How is this possible?

Lawsuit: Arizona's elections Chief Is Hiding Info On 218K Voters Lacking Proof Of Citizenship

'The best way forward is to provide transparency and ease the voters’ concerns,’ Strong Communities Foundation of Arizona Chair Merissa Hamilton told The Federalist.

Arizona’s Democrat elections chief is illegally withholding the identities of approximately 218,000 registered voters on the state’s voter rolls who lack documentary proof of citizenship (DPOC), a lawsuit filed Wednesday alleges.

Brought by the Strong Communities Foundation of Arizona (SCFA) against Democrat Secretary of StateAdrian Fontes and the Arizona Department of State, the legal challenge “seeks to restore public trust in [Arionza’s] electoral system by ensuring transparency about the Defendants’ failures to ensure that registered voters have provided DPOC, as required by law.” The group is represented by America First Legal and a law firm spearheaded by former Arizona Assistant Attorney GeneralJennifer Wright.

The lawsuit addresses an issue that first came to light last month, in which Arizona election officials announced they discovered approximately 98,000 registered “full-ballot” voters who have not provided documentary proof of citizenship required to participate in state and local elections. The error appears to have resulted “from the way the Motor Vehicle Division provides driver’s license information to the state’s voter registration system,” according to Votebeat Arizona.

Fontes said most of the affected voters are registered Republicans, according to the outlet.

In Arizona, voters registering via state registration form must show DPOC to vote in state and local races. Individuals who are unable to provide such documentation are registered as “federal-only” voters and can only cast ballots in federal races.

After the initial discovery, Fontes held a Sept. 10 phone call with Gov. Katie Hobbs and Attorney General Kris Mayes, both Democrats, according to audio obtained by the Washington Post. In this call, they discussed, among other subjects, the possibility of filing what Fontes reportedly termed a “friendly lawsuit” designed to shift the issue to the courts, according to the outlet.

Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer filed such a suit, the Post noted, with the Arizona Supreme Court, arguing the voters in question should be classified as “federal-only” until they provide DPOC. Fontes and the Arizona GOP argued the opposite — that these voters should be granted full-ballot status for the general election since they are not at fault for the government’s “error.” Strong Communities Foundation for Arizona along with state resident Yvonne Cahill filed an amicus brief in the case, arguing the high court should mandate county recorders to “send full ballots to all Affected Voters on the early voting list,” but should also “order … all ballots returned by Affected Voters [to] be segregated pending confirmation of the voter’s citizenship.”

The Arizona Supreme Court ultimately sided with Fontes and the Arizona GOP, with Chief Justice Ann Scott Timmer writing that the court is “unwilling on these facts to disenfranchise voters en masse from participating in state contests.”

Fontes announced on Monday, however, that his office has identified an additional 120,000 registered full-ballot voters — most of whom are Republicans — lacking DPOC, bringing the total number of affected electors to 218,000. The secretary’s office argued these newly discovered voters are covered by the Arizona Supreme Court’s recent decision.

According to its Wednesday lawsuit, SCFA “filed a valid public records request seeking the list of these individuals” in the interest of guaranteeing “transparency about the Defendants’ failures to ensure that registered voters have provided DPOC, as required by law.” The plaintiff alleges that Fontes and the Arizona Department of State “are stonewalling and have unlawfully refused to fulfill” its request in an apparent attempt to “insulat[e] themselves from embarrassment.”

“The Defendants’ summary denial of the Plaintiff’s reasonable and targeted public records request presupposes that the Plaintiffs bear the burden of justifying their request. However, this gets things exactly backward,” the lawsuit reads. “Public officers ‘bear the burden of showing that [a public records request] … pose[s] an unreasonable administrative burden’ and ‘must articulate sufficiently weighty reasons to tip the balance away from the presumption of disclosure and toward nondisclosure.'”

“Because the Defendants wrongfully denied the Plaintiff’s public records request, and because no exception to the Public Records Law applies, the Plaintiff files this special action to compel production of the requested public records,” it added.

[Read Next: Lawsuit: Arizona’s 15 Counties Are Failing To Remove Noncitizens From The Voter Rolls]

SCFA has asked the Maricopa County Superior Court to provide “special action relief” compelling Fontes and the Arizona Department of State “to produce or make available to the Plaintiff all public records requested by its [public records request] no later than October 7.”

In a statement provided to The Federalist, SCFA Chair Merissa Hamilton blasted Fontes for his “mismanagement of this seemingly never-ending debacle,” which she argued “has caused massive voter concerns and sowed doubt in election administration — [again].”

“The lack of transparency to our county recorders and refusal to provide them the databases they need to do their job in voter maintenance, impacting 5% of our voters, further begs us to ask, ‘What is [Fontes] hiding?'” she said. “The best way forward is to provide transparency and ease the voters’ concerns. This lawsuit intends [to] instill transparency and trust back into our election administration.”

The office of Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes did not respond to The Federalist’s request for comment.

UPDATE

When pressed for comment on the lawsuit’s allegations, Fontes spokesman Aaron Thacker told The Federalist the secretary’s office does not “comment on pending litigation.”

People who say the math doesn’t work out for Harris to win GA and NC even with the flood damage aren’t getting it.

They don’t need the math. They need the narrative to go with the outcome.

It is time to figure out a solution to diffuse this narrative and ensure people get ballot access. It must go hand in hand with relief efforts.

Special counsel Jack Smith provides fullest picture yet of his 2020 election case against Trump in new filing

Federal prosecutors laid out their most extensive case to date against former President Donald Trump for his effort to overturn the 2020 election in a sweeping legal brief that was unsealed Wednesday by a federal judge who is weighing the explosive criminal charges against him.

The 165-page document, which lands weeks before an election in which Trump is taking another shot at the White House, offers new detail about special counsel Jack Smith's investigation into the former president's efforts to lean on state officials and paint a narrative of widespread fraud that prosecutors say Trump knew was untrue.

It includes new details of Trump's frayed relationship with former Vice President Mike Pence; FBI evidence of Trump's phone usage on January 6, 2021, when rioters overtook the US Capitol; and conversations with family members and others where the then-president was fighting his loss to Joe Biden.

Broadly, and in response to the Supreme Court's ruling this summer that granted Trump sweeping immunity for official actions, Smith's motion claims the former president took the steps he did as a political candidate - not as a president - and that, therefore, he is not entitled to protection from prosecution the justices identified in July.

"When the defendant lost the 2020 presidential election, he resorted to crimes to try to stay in office," Smith wrote in the brief, which US District Judge Tanya Chutkan released in partially redacted form.

"At its core, the defendant's scheme was a private one," prosecutors wrote."He extensively used private actors and his campaign infrastructure to attempt to overturn the election results and operated in a private capacity as a candidate for office."

The filing weaves together what prominent witnesses told a federal grand jury and the FBI about Trump, along with other never-before-disclosed evidence investigators gathered about the former president's actions leading up to and on January 6.

Releasing the motion, which was previously filed under seal, is the latest major development in Smith's longstanding effort to prosecute Trump for actions he took to overturn the 2020 election, even as the former president is seeking a second term in a tight race with Vice President Kamala Harris. The case, which has already reached the Supreme Court once, has repeatedly been delayed as Trump has attempted to push off the prosecution until after next month's election.

The document is broken into four sections. The first section lays out the case prosecutors said they would attempt to prove at trial, including a summary of evidence; the second section gives Chutkan a roadmap for how to assess which actions are official - and therefore potentially covered by immunity - and which are not; the third section walks through how the principles should apply in Trump's case; the fourth is a brief conclusion that asks Chutkan to rule that the actions described are not protected by immunity and that Trump "is subject to trial on the superseding indictment."

More evidence could come out in coming days. A hefty appendix accompanying Wednesday's filing remains under seal, and the judge has asked both sides to weigh in on how much of it should be made public. Among the documents in the appendix are grand jury transcripts and notes from FBI interviews conducted during the yearslong investigation.

Trump's team had fought the release of the document and the former president on Wednesday called it a "hit job" and claimed without evidence it was released in response to the vice presidential debate Tuesday night.

"Democrats are Weaponizing the Justice Department against me because they know I am WINNING, and they are desperate to prop up their failing Candidate, Kamala Harris. The DOJ pushed out this latest 'hit job' today because JD Vance humiliated Tim Walz last night in the Debate," Trump posted on Truth Social.

The former president on Wednesday asked Chutkan for extra time and additional pages to file his response to Smith's sweeping brief, where he will argue that the whole case should be thrown out under the Supreme Court's ruling that he at least some immunity in the prosecution.

Trump argued that the deadline for his response should be extended five weeks, until November 21, given earlier extensions given to Smith, and he said that he should get the same four-fold increase on the usual page limit that Smith secured for his brief. Trump also said that he should be allowed to file an extra brief in the back-and-forth over the immunity issues in the case, which would give him the final word in the written arguments submitted to Chutkan on the matter.

"President Trump must have an equal opportunity to submit and address facts bearing on immunity, and to rebut the Special Counsel's misleading submissions," the new request said. "Accordingly, the Court should grant President Trump leave to file a 180-page Response."

Here's what to know from Smith's court filing:

FBI knows how Trump used his phone on January 6

FBI experts have mapped out what Trump was doing on his phone while the US Capitol riot unfolded.

An FBI Computer Analysis Response Team forensic examiner can testify about "the news and social media applications" on Trump's phone, Smith wrote in the filing, "and can describe the activity occurring on the phone throughout the afternoon of January 6."

Those logs show that Trump "was using his phone, and in particular, was using the Twitter application, consistently throughout the day after he returned from the Ellipse speech."

Smith said that three unidentified witnesses are also prepared to testify that on the afternoon of January 6, the television in the White House dining room where Trump spent much of the day was "on and tuned into news programs that were covering in real time the ongoing events in the Capitol."

That testimony would allow prosecutors to show a future jury what Trump saw unfolding on TV while he made comments and posted online that afternoon.

Prosecutors frame Trump conversations with Pence as between 'running mates'

Even as they face a high bar for introducing evidence from Pence, Smith's team sought to do so by framing a series of interactions between the two as conversations between "running mates," where Pence tried to convince Trump he needed to accept his electoral defeat.

They include a November 7, 2020, conversation where Pence allegedly told Trump that he should focus on how he revived the Republican Party, as well as Pence's recollection of a Trump meeting with campaign staff, during which Trump was told the prospects of his election challenges looked bleak.

At a November 12 lunch, Pence told Trump that he didn't have to concede but he could "recognize process is over," prosecutors said, and during a November 23 phone call, Trump allegedly told Pence that one of his private attorneys were skeptical about the election challenges.

As part of those private conversations, prosecutors say, Pence "tried to encourage" Trump "as a friend" after news networks called the election for Biden. In other interactions, Pence encouraged Trump to consider running for reelection in 2024. Those interactions, prosecutors argued, were not at all related to Trump's official duties as president.

"The content of the conversations at issue - the defendant and Pence's joint electoral fate and how to accept the election results - have no bearing on any function of the Executive Branch," they wrote in the filing.

Trump personally tweeted Pence 'didn't have the courage' to overturn election

Trump personally posted the tweet that Pence "didn't have the courage" to overturn the election results, prosecutors say.

The revelation comes as part of Smith's argument as to why the tweet, posted after the riot began, should be considered a private act and therefore not protected under presidential immunity.

The post targeting Pence was "a matter of intense personal concern to the defendant as a candidate for office," Smith wrote. At the time he posted the tweet, prosecutors say Trump knew his request for Pence to block the Electoral College votes was illegal; knew that his supporters gathered in Washington, DC, believed his lies during his speech at the Ellipse that the election had been stolen; and knew that those supporters had now breached the Capitol building.

"It was at that point - alone, watching news in real time, and with knowledge that rioters had breached the Capitol building - that the defendant issued the 2:24 p.m. Tweet attacking Pence for refusing the defendant's entreaties to join the conspiracy and help overturn the results of the election," Smith wrote.

The tweet communicated "to his angry supporters that Pence had let him - and them - down," Smith wrote, adding that it was "not a message sent to address a matter of public concern and ease unrest; it was the message of an angry candidate upon the realization that he would lose power."

One minute after the tweet was posted, Smith wrote, the Secret Service was forced to evacuate Pence to a secure location in the Capitol.

Trump told family: 'It doesn't matter if you won or lost the election'

Prosecutors allege they have a witness who will testify that Trump told family members, "It doesn't matter if you won or lost the election. You still have to fight like hell."

The witness, Smith's team said in the filing, will testify that he was aboard Marine One when then-President Trump made the statement to his wife, Melania Trump, his daughter Ivanka Trump, and his son-in-law Jared Kushner.

Prosecutors did not name the official in the filing, but they said he was the director of Oval Office operations. "He witnessed an unprompted comment that the defendant made to his family members in which the defendant suggested that he would fight to remain in power regardless of whether he had won the election," prosecutors wrote.

At the time, Ivanka Trump and Kushner were White House employees, serving as advisers to the president, and Melania Trump was first lady.

However, prosecutors claim that the conversation aboard Marine One was "plainly private" and had nothing to do with the Trump family's official government responsibilities.

"The defendant made the comment to his family members, who campaigned on his behalf and served as private advisors (in addition to any official role they may have played)," prosecutors wrote.

Trump told advisers he would declare victory

Prosecutors say that Trump was told by advisers that the 2020 vote likely would not be finalized on election Day and that he could misleadingly look ahead in the ballot count on election night only to fall behind once all of the ballots were counted. Nonetheless, Trump told his advisers that he would claim victory before the ballots were fully counted, prosecutors say.

One private political adviser, three days before election Day 2020, described Trump's plan as: "He's going to declare victory. That doesn't mean he's the winner, he's just going to say he's the winner," according to the filing.

That adviser, not identified by name by prosecutors, also described the Democratic lean of the mail ballot vote as "a natural disadvantage" and said, "Trump's going to take advantage of it. That's our strategy."

Trump sought to 'perpetuate himself in power'

Smith's office stressed the private and political nature of Trump's actions around the 2020 election.

"The executive branch," prosecutors wrote, "has no authority or function to choose the next president."

That argument appeared designed for federal appeals courts, including the Supreme Court, that have placed a heavy emphasis in recent years on the historical understanding of the separation of powers.

In other words, Smith is arguing that Trump's effort to overturn the election was necessarily private because the Constitution gives a president no official authority for choosing his successor.

"The defendant's charged conduct directly contravenes these foundational principles," the motion reads. "He sought to encroach on powers specifically assigned by the Constitution to other branches, to advance his own self-interest and perpetuate himself in power, contrary to the will of the people."

White House staffer 'P9' details planning meetings

Prosecutors focus in particular in the filing on what Trump learned from a White House staffer referred to in the filings as "P9," as they try to show that Trump was well aware he had lost the election as he pressed on with the reversal schemes.

The person, identified only as "P9," appears to have personally had discussions over the phone about the fake electors strategy with Trump, and had repeated text conversations with other people in the campaign about how the strategy was "crazy" or "illegal," according to the filing.

When Trump told the staffer he would not pay the private lawyer spearheading his legal challenges unless the challenges were successful, the staffer told Trump that the private attorney would never be paid. That prompted a laugh and a "we'll see" from Trump, the filings said. (The private attorney is identified by prosecutors as co-conspirator 1, who CNN has previously identified as Rudy Giuliani. Ted Goodman, a spokesman for Giuliani, told CNN Wednesday night that the brief was "blatant election interference by Jack Smith, a person with a long track record of weaponizing the law for political gain.")

In a follow up conversation, the White House official told Trump that Giuliani would not be able to prove his false claims in a court and Trump told the staffer, "The details don't matter."

The brief lays out several other interactions between the White House staffer and Trump in which Trump was told that the election fraud claims wouldn't hold up in court.

Prosecutors say they would call election officials in battleground states at Trump trial

In the filing released Wednesday, prosecutors identify witnesses they hope to call at a trial to testify against Trump - including election officials in battleground states and his White House deputy chief of staff.

The prosecutors say they also want to show a jury at trial Trump's campaign speech on January 4, 2021, in Georgia, and his campaign speech on the Ellipse on January 6, 2021, just before the riot at the US Capitol.

And, they'd like to show the jury tweets that they say can prove Trump was driving the public campaign of fraud in the election, as he knew there was none that was widespread enough to overturn his loss. They argue those tweets weren't part of Trump's official work as president.

At trial, prosecutors say they would like to call the only other adviser to Trump who had access to his Twitter account to testify that Trump was sending tweets on January 6 that would put pressure on Pence to stop the counting of the electoral votes at the Capitol. The person is described as White House deputy chief of staff.

"The Government will elicit from Person 45 at trial that he was the only person other than the defendant with the ability to post to the defendant's Twitter account, that he sent tweets only at the defendant's express direction, and that person 45 did not send certain specific Tweets" - specifically a tweet Trump sent that said Pence didn't have the courage to block the certification of the vote.

That type of testimony would allow prosecutors to assert in court they have evidence of a moment like this:

"At 2:24 p.m., Trump was alone in his dining room," prosecutors write in the filing, "when he issued a Tweet attacking Pence and fueling the ongoing riot: 'Mike Pence didn't have the courage to do what should have been done to protect our Country and our Constitution, giving States a chance to certify a corrected set of facts, not the fraudulent or inaccurate ones which they were asked to previously certify. USA demands the truth!'"

Secret Service was warned about Pence's safety, prosecutors say

According to prosecutors, the Secret Service was warned about Trump threatening to criticize Pence if he failed to overthrow the election results.

On January 5, 2021, Trump once again met with Pence to allegedly try to pressure him not to certify the Electoral College votes. In that meeting, the special counsel wrote that Trump threatened to criticize him publicly.

Smith says that Pence told someone identified only as "P8" about that comment, and that P8 was so concerned by the prospect that he alerted Pence's Secret Service detail.

Trump tried again to pressure Pence on the morning of January 6, shortly before driving to deliver his speech at the Ellipse, prosecutors say.

Pence, however, again refused and Trump "was incensed," the filing says.

It was then that Trump "set into motion the last plan in furtherance of his conspiracies: if Pence would not do as he asked, (Trump) needed to find another way to prevent the certification of Biden as president," the filing says.

"So on January 6, (Trump) sent to the Capitol a crowd of angry supporters, whom the defendant had called to the city and inundate with false claims of outcome-determinative election fraud, to induce Pence not to certify the legitimate electoral votes and to obstruct the certification," the filing says.

According to prosecutors, Trump also showed his "desperate conduct as a candidate rather than a President" when rioters stormed the Capitol, forcing Pence to be moved to a secure location.

An unnamed White House aide, according to the filing, ran to Trump when he received a phone call that Pence had been taken to a secure location "in hopes that (Trump) would take action to ensure Pence's safety."

Trump, according to prosecutors, looked at the aide and simply replied, "So what?"

Prosecutors lean on Hatch Act to bolster Trump charges

Smith is again using the Hatch Act - which limits the political activities of federal employees - to bolster the 2020 election subversion charges against Trump.

Prosecutors said in the filing that the Hatch Act allows White House staffers to "wear two hats," separating out their official conduct to serve the public from their political conduct to help a candidate.

Therefore, even if some of Trump's alleged wrongdoing occurred on White House grounds and in front of White House staff, he doesn't have immunity because that fell under the "political" umbrella, Smith's team wrote.

"When the defendant's White House staff participated in political activity on his behalf as a candidate, they were not exercising their official authority or carrying out official responsibilities," prosecutors wrote. "And when the President, acting as a candidate, engaged in Campaign-related activities with these officials or in their presence, he too was not engaging in official presidential conduct."

'Make them riot' and 'create chaos'

Prosecutors describe an effort by Trump operatives to "create chaos" in the immediate aftermath of the 2020 election when the voting looked to be going for Biden.

In Philadelphia, prosecutors allege campaign operatives sought to create confrontations at polling places and then "falsely claim that his election observers were being denied proper access" as a predicate to claim fraud.

Prosecutors also raised the fracas at the Detroit Counting Center, pointing to evidence that a campaign staffer, upon learning a heavy incoming batch of votes leaned Biden, asked for "options to file litigation" even if (it) was "itbis[sic}."

The same campaign operative said "make them riot" when told that protests at the counting center were heading in the direction of the so-called Brooks Brothers Riot that disrupted the 2000 Florida count between Al Gore and George W. Bush.

Bill Barr decided to speak out against Trump's election lies after seeing him on Fox News

Then-Attorney General Bill Barr decided in 2020 to publicly rebut Trump's false claims that the election was rigged after watching Trump spread these lies on Fox News, prosecutors say.

"On November 29, [Barr] saw the defendant appear on the Maria Bartiromo Show and claim, among other false things, that the Justice Department was 'missing in action' and had ignored evidence of fraud," prosecutors wrote.

They continued, "[Barr] decided it was time to speak publicly in contravention of the defendant's false claims, set up a lunch with a reporter for the Associated Press, and made his statement."

This was the December 1, 2020, statement in which Barr infamously said the Justice Department had looked into potential election irregularities but didn't find any widespread fraud that could've tipped the results. This was a major move by Barr, a lifelong Republican who at the time was a staunch Trump ally.

Barr's name is redacted in the filing, and he is referred to as "P52." But P52 is described as the "attorney general," and Barr was the attorney general at that time.

Barr resigned just before Christmas 2020.

Q Research General #26554: When You Got It, You Got It Edition

ANON:

Many regions hit by Helene may not be inhabitable for many months. The 2024 election is one month away.

How many red and swing state voters:

- Will not get their mail-in ballots? (Where will they go instead?)

- If they get them, how many will not get their mailed-in ballots delivered on time? (Where will they go instead?)

- Won't have a known polling place to go to?

- Will be deemed ineligible if trying to vote in a different precinct since theirs was wiped out by Helene or still inaccessible after 6 weeks?

- Will be so burned out - living on couches and in hotel rooms with all their personal belongings, perhaps means of livelihood, wiped out - and disenfranchised, that they won't have the energy to make the effort to find out how to get a valid vote registered?

When this anon heard"many areas across many states will be uninhabitable for many monthsby thisunusualstorm" … before Helene had even hit land (or so it seemed) …

… it reminded this anon of Fauci and company saying"shut down for two weeks to stop the spread" followed relatively quickly with the astounding statement in WINTER/EARLY SPRING (after which cold and virus season usually quiets down) that theschools may not be re-opened IN THE FALL.

What was in the Fall? The 2020 election between Biden and Trump.

It was highly suggestive (to this anon) that election fuckery was afoot - long before they startedin the name of man-made Covidto use "emergency" and other powers that Fall to mass-mail ballots (often multiple ballots) to every household with little to no signature, address, or citizenship verification to speak of, untold opportunities for fraud that had never existed before, pop-up unmanned "ballots boxes" far away from precincts, new "ballot harvesting" activity legalized and weaponized by Dems who had a long head start in organizing (apparent pre-knowledge), election systems shutting down on election day in some red counties on election day (after Trump supporters were encouraged to vote in person on election day). Etc. Etc. Etc.

None of the election-challenge systems (after the fact) were established with this type of overwhelming, unprecedented mail-in, harvesting, unmanned popup ballots boxes, etc., in mind. So the way to challenge the elections in various places were procedurally and jurisdictionally inadequate and most, if not all, were dismissed without ever getting to the merits. Then the refrain: "hundreds of election challenges were thrown out of court" was repeated early and often to discredit challenges that were never heard on the merits.

And, in a further grotesque intimidation tactic (targeting current and future brave patriots), lawyers and other knowledgeable citizens were charged with crimes (and/or licenses pulled or liberty and livelihoods lost - e.g., for questioning the validity of some of the previously unheard of 2020 election practices and/or irregularities in the counts and results.

Imagine what will be ushered in for the 2024 election - under the umbrella of the myriad "emergency powers" about to be announced in at least these newly disrupted states: Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and Virginia.

Will (they) or (we) be able to re-capture and count the otherwise potentially lost votes of 1000's in red and swing states (uninhabitable areas, mail and other comms expected to be disrupted "for months")?

Or will the new emergency powers be applied in such a way to suppress and/or engage in newly-emerging election fraud opportunities with little-to-no chance to challenge them in real time as they are crammed through shortly before the election (as many were during the 2020 Covid "emergency") and little-to-no way to challenge them procedurally after the fact, let alone doing so without risk to your professional license and livelihood? The evil side of the powers-that-be made that perfectly clear to everyone through their relentless pursuit of those medical and legal professionals and everyday patriots who dared to exercise their Constitutionally-protected right to speak up in the wake of the irregularities in the 2020 election and the irregularities in the government offices' (or color of government edicts') "advice," forced-upon-others "opinions" about Covid, its treatment, and the Vax "mandates" and other demonic pressures brought to bear "to get a needle in every arm" (e.g., if no Vax - it was proposed - then no hospital bed for any condition, no job, no entry to grocery stores, no commercial travel, etc., i.e., "vaccine passports" get you "in" - without them, you are cutoff and shunned).

So we'll have to watch and note - and respond accordingly (despite - if not because of - the gross intimidation of past persecutions) - to what (they) will do here, in the wake and disruption of yet another pre-election emergency of unprecedented proportions.

Shadow Organization Committing Large Scale Democrat election fraud in Michigan

I have the goods, again, this time it's a bit personal. My son just got his drivers license and is off to college. Two days ago we received an absentee ballot application, fully completed in his name, having his address and birthdate filled out. Along with that ballot was a political letter appearing to come from Governor Gretchen Whitmer advertising for Democrat issues. The county only needs to verify the signature to accept any application and may only reject based on the signature as well. You can be certain that almost none of these will ever be rejected.

Michigan State laws prohibit sending campaign materials along with ballot application requests.

MCL 168.759 - Absentee Voting; Application for Ballot; Who May Apply; Time of Application; Instructions for Electors; Request by Mail; Forwarding of Ballot; Duties of Clerk

''(1) A qualified and registered elector of this state who is eligible to vote in an election may apply for an absentee voter ballot in person, by mail, or electronically in the manner provided in this section.

(2) The application for an absentee ballot must be signed by the elector and should include the applicant's address, birth date, and reason for requesting the absentee ballot if requested before the law permitted "no reason" absentee voting. Applications must also include instructions on how to complete the application.

(3) The county, city, or township clerk must supply absentee ballot applications to any voter requesting one. Applications can be submitted to the clerk up to 75 days before the election.

(4) The clerk must ensure that absentee ballot applications do not contain any indication of political party affiliation or preference, and the process for providing absentee ballot applications must remain neutral and free from partisan influence.

(5) Clerks must deliver absentee ballots by mail to electors, and electors may return them via mail or in person. Special provisions are included for delivery and handling.''

At the bottom left of the second page, these are being sent by "The Voter Project Michigan", an organization which doesn't exist.

The Voter Project Michigan is a third-party organization involved in sending out absentee ballot applications to Michigan voters. It is unaffiliated with the state or local clerks and has caused some controversy due to its widespread mailing of ballot applications, even to people who are already registered or no longer live at the listed address. Some of these mailings have appeared to be officially endorsed by Governor Gretchen Whitmer - ChatGPT

Someone is being paid a lot of money to send out these ballots all over Michigan. This is an example of vote fraud and may be a violation of the following federal laws as well:

1. The Voting Rights Act of 1965 (52 U.S.C. ?? 10301-10702)

Section 11(b) of the Voting Rights Act prohibits any form of intimidation, coercion, or interference with a person's right to vote. Sending partisan materials along with ballot applications could be viewed as an attempt to coerce or unduly influence a voter's decision-making process, especially if it creates confusion or intimidation.

2. The National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (52 U.S.C. ?? 20501-20511)

The NVRA governs how voter registration and absentee voting materials are distributed and prohibits any misleading or deceptive practices related to voter registration or participation. Distributing ballot applications with partisan messages could be seen as misleading voters about the nonpartisan nature of official election materials, violating the spirit of this law.

3. The Federal election Campaign Act (FECA) (52 U.S.C. ?? 30101-30146)

FECA regulates campaign finance, including the proper use of funds for election-related activities. Sending partisan materials with ballot applications could be viewed as improper electioneering and may trigger campaign finance rules if done using campaign funds. If this violates transparency or financial reporting requirements, it could lead to sanctions under FECA.

4. 18 U.S.C. ? 241 - Conspiracy Against Rights

This statute makes it illegal for two or more people to conspire to interfere with someone's constitutional rights, including the right to vote. If the partisan materials sent with ballot applications are perceived as part of a broader effort to influence or suppress votes, it could be prosecuted under this law.

5. 18 U.S.C. ? 595 - Interference by Administrative Employees of Federal, State, or Territorial Governments

This statute prohibits federal or state employees from using their official authority to interfere with or influence an election. If partisan materials are sent under the guise of official government business, those involved could face penalties under this law.

I have notified the state and federal government. It turns out that the Federalist has also covered this problem but in their case, the documents were slightly different. You can bet that if Republicans were doing this the FBI would already be getting to the bottom of it.

Statement by Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States of America

A lawsuit was filed today against CNN, the once prestigious news channel that has devolved into a purveyor of disinformation. .defamation, and Fake News, at a level which the American Public, and indeed the World, will not even believe is possible. For years I have watched this take place, often in disbelief, but the time has finally come to hold CNN responsible and legally accountable for their willful deception and defamatory statements made about me and both, directly and indirectly, my strong. devoted, and patriotic supporters-People who love the United States of America, but have been treated very unfairly, at so many levels. "The Big Lie" that they constantly refer to is actually "The Big Lie" in reverse. They know that, and it will be proven in Court!

In the coming weeks and months we will also be filing lawsuits against a large number of other Fake News Media Companies for their lies, defamation, and wrongdoing, including as it pertains to "The Big Lie," that they used so often in reference to their disinformation attack on Presidential election of 2020.

Likewise, we may bring appropriate action against the Unselect Committee of January 6th because, notwithstanding overwhelming evidence, they REFUSED to investigate the massive Presidential election fraud which took place, but only investigate and harass the people and Patriots who complained and asked questions about it. The rigging and stealing of our Presidential election was perhaps The Crime Of The Century, and look at what is happening to our Country now!

The Unselect Committee has refused to acknowledge, as was done by the Biden Inspector General at the Department of Defense, and others, that days ahead of January 6th, I recommended and authorized thousands of troops to be deployed to ensure that there was peace, safety, and security at the Capitol and throughout the Country. That offer of National Guard was rejected by Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, and Mayor Bowser of Washington, D.C.-the law requires their request, they failed to make one, and in turn failed the Country.

I am proud to file today's lawsuit in order to begin the process of standing up to Fake News and the Mainstream Media.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) -

Florida has 1 million more Republican registered voters than Democrats, elections officials revealed, further cementing its status as a conservative hotbed.

There are 5.3 million active Republican voters compared to 4.3 million active Democratic voters, according to figures released by county elections supervisors this weekend. About 3.9 million voters don't affiliate with any political party or affiliate with minor parties.

The state's changing political landscape is unusual because of how quickly it became so conservative. In 2020, Democrats held about a 97,000 vote registration edge over Republicans. Since then, there has been a rapid increase in registered Republican voters.

Having this large of a voter registration edge is a win for the Florida Republican Party, who touted the party as "the most successful party in the nation," according to a statement from Evan Power, the Florida Republican Party chair.

Q Research General #26595: As I Was Saying… Edition

Elon Musk Goes Full 'Dark MAGA' at Trump Rally

Elon Musk didn't just attend Donald Trump's campaign rally in Butler, Pa., he also took the stage alongside Trump and delivered a speech that left no room for doubt about his commitment to the MAGA cause.

Musk, clad in black pants, a black sport coat, an "Occupy Mars" t-shirt, and a black "Make America Great Again" hat, declared,"I'm not just MAGA, I'm Dark MAGA,"a phrase that's sure to resonate among the crowd eager for bold action in such a consequential election.

Musk started by praising Trump's toughness, saying, "The true test of someone's character is how they behave under fire." He drew a sharp contrast between Trump and Biden, stating, "We had one president who couldn't climb a flight of stairs and another who was fist-pumping after getting shot. Fight! Fight! Fight! Blood coming down the face."

"Now, America is the home of the brave," he continued. "There's no truer test than courage under fire."

For Musk, that moment was clearly a rallying cry for Americans who want strength and resilience in their leaders.

Musk continued by saying he feels this is the most important election of our lifetime-and he clearly didn't mean it as hyperbole.

"The other side wants to take away your freedom of speech. They wanna take away your right to bear arms… they wanna take away your right to vote effectively. You've got fourteen states now that don't require voter ID. California-where I used to live-just passed a law banning voter ID for voting. I still can't believe that's real. So how are you supposed to have a good, proper election if there's no ID?"

Navigating Information-Seeking in Conspiratorial Waters: Anti-Trafficking Advocacy and Education Post QAnon

DOI:10.1145/3579510

Abstract

Individuals seeking out information about human-trafficking and anti-trafficking efforts are increasingly turning to social media as an informational source. However, a lack of traditional informational gatekeeping online has allowed for the rapid proliferation of misinformation via social media. This has been clearly evidenced within the realm of human trafficking by the spread of conspiracy theories instigated by the QAnon-led campaign #SaveTheChildren. Through in-depth interviews with members of the public and professionals involved in anti-trafficking activism we explore how individuals find trustworthy information about human trafficking in light of the public spread of misinformation. Our findings highlight the centrality of distrust as a driving force behind information-seeking on social media. Further, we highlight the tensions that arise from using social media as a primary resource within anti-trafficking education and the limitations of interventions to slow the spread of trafficking-related misinformation. This work provides contextual knowledge for researchers looking to better understand the real-world impacts of misinformation and looking to design better interventions into digital information disorder.

Reddit bans forum dedicated to sharing information about would-be Trump assassin Thomas Crooks

An archive of the subreddit shows that it was a popular forum that generated a high level of engagement.

A forum dedicated to sharing information about would-be assassin Thomas M. Crooks has beenbanned from Reddit. Crooks was killed by snipers after launching an assassination attempt on former President Donald J. Trump on July 13 in Butler, Pennsylvania.

Reddit, a social forum and news aggregation website, said that it banned the "Thomas Crooks" subreddit because it violated its "rules against posting violent content."An archive of the subreddit shows that it was a popular forum that generated a high level of engagement. It's unclear the exact date it had been taken down.

The posts issued on the forum varied, butall pertained to seeking answers and sharing information about the historical assassination attempt on the 2024 GOP nominee's life. Questions about Crooks, security failures that day, and whether the attempt was an inside job were discussed in the section before the ban. Reddit did not provide an example of the violent content shared that went against its company policies.

Riverside Sheriff Says Arrest At Trump Rally Probably Prevented 3rd Assassination Attempt

28 minutes

Guy got thru the outer perimeter, was picked up at the next checkpoint. Had an unregistered vehicle, loaded guns, and fake ID.

BUT HE WAS RELEASED AFTERWARDS. WHY????

https://youtu.be/j9FQG4vO3Z0

Name of the suspect is Vem Miller.

Article:

Sheriff Chad Bianco holds press conference regarding arrest at Trump rally

Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco held a press conference at 3 p.m. regarding the arrest at the Trump rally Saturday night.

The press conference was live-streamed on YouTube, Facebook, and Riverside County Sheriff's website according to the department.

It comes after a Las Vegas man was arrested Saturday near the site of former President Donald Trump’s rally in the Coachella Valley, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.

A shotgun, a loaded handgun, and a high-capacity magazine were seized from the vehicle.

Here is what law enforcement said happened.

The suspect, driving a black SUV, made it past the outer perimeter where people with credentials were being allowed in.

At the inner perimeter, deputies noticed several irregularities.

Sheriff Bianco said the inside of the mans vehicle was in disarray, the license plate was fake and the vehicle was unregistered.

Upon further investigation, he said deputies discovered multiple passports and drivers licenses with different names, as well as a loaded handgun and a shotgun inside the SUV.

“If you're asking me right now, I probably did have deputies that prevented the third assassination attempt," Bianco said.

Law enforcement believes the man could be connected to a group identifying as sovereign citizens.

Officers took the man into custody without incident and he was booked at the John J. Benoit Detention Center for possession of a loaded firearm and possession of a high-capacity magazine.

The suspect was later released.

Sheriff Bianco said Riverside County Sheriff's Department is now working closely with the Secret Service and FBI to monitor this individual.

The US Secret Service released a joint statement with the FBI and the Department of Justice regarding the incident:

The U.S. Attorney’s Office, U.S. Secret Service, and FBI are aware of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office’s arrest on Saturday. The U.S. Secret Service assesses that the incident did not impact protective operations and former President Trump was not in any danger. While no federal arrest has been made at this time, the investigation is ongoing. The U.S. Attorney’s Office, U.S. Secret Service, and FBI extend their gratitude to the deputies and local partners who helped ensure the safety of last night’s events.

Who is Vem Miller?

LOS ANGELES - A Las Vegas man who was arrested outside former President Donald Trump's rally in Coachella over the weekend had multiple firearms, boxes of ammunition, and passports with different names in his possession, Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco said Sunday.

The suspect, '''Vem Miller', 49, was contacted by sheriff's deputies on Saturday around 5 p.m. when he tried to get through a checkpoint leading into the rally.

But Miller never made it inside, after authorities noticed "irregularities" in some of the things he was saying to gain access to the event.

An investigation revealed Miller not only claimed to be a journalist with access to the VIP area, but he was driving in an unregistered vehicle with a fake license plate, Bianco said.

"The license plate was what we in law enforcement would recognize as one that is homemade and indicative of a group of individuals that claim to be ‘sovereign citizens,'" Bianco said. "We, and assuming the deputy, assumes that he [Miller] was part of that identifying group."

Miller was also in possession of multiple passports and driver's licenses with different names. Two guns and multiple boxes of ammunition were recovered inside the vehicle, which Bianco described as "in disarray."

ABLECHILD: What Happened to the White Van? Congressional Task Force Neglects “White Van” Reports in Demand Letter to ATF on Butler Rally Attempted Assassination

Nov. 12, 2024

The Bipartisan Congressional Task Force on the Attempted Assassination of Donald J. Trump (Task Force) recently has made news regarding its investigation being stymied by the federal agencies that are tasked with not only investigating the attempted assassination, but also providing important documentation to the Task Force. Apparently, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) isn’t being cooperative.

The Task Force sent a letter to ATF in early October requesting numerous documents associated with the Bureau’s part in the investigation and its work with other federal law enforcement agencies like the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Secret Service.

The ATF responded to the Task Force with narratives and no documents, forcing the Task Force to fire back at ATF explaining its frustration this way, “to date, the ATF has failed to produce a single document responsive to the Task Force requests.”

Why? Why wouldn’t the ATF provide the Congressional investigators with the requested documents? Of course, the federal agency’s unwillingness to cooperate with the Task Force leads any levelheaded person to conclude that AFT is hiding information, which then leads any levelheaded person to question why.

AbleChild has covered the attempted assassination since day one and has been critical of the investigation being conducted by the Task Force. There just are too many important questions that the Task Force has not asked. The most recent request for documents from the ATF is another failure on the part of the Task Force.

While AbleChild can appreciate the Task Force’s request for documentation, it would have been reassuring to know that the Congressional investigators were also questioning ATF about the explosives found in the White Van near the Butler fairgrounds the evening of the shooting.

Unfortunately, the Task Force has yet to even ask one question about the White Van.

Recall that on the evening of July 13th, a white van abandoned on a side road near the fairgrounds was assaulted by law enforcement with “officers searching the battered white vehicle from which they removed explosives after they were led across fields to its location by their K9 unit.”

The search was recorded for posterity by local resident Billy Thoma who reported “we could hear the dogs barking across the fields. They picked up his scent apparently and that’s what led them to the van.”

Thoma’s recorded video shows the white van, its back doors apparently damaged with primer applied, being taken away on a tow truck in the early hours of Sunday morning.”

So, a white van with explosives (that were removed) was at the scene of the attempted assassination? Why hasn’t the Task Force addressed the white van? This white van with explosives would, obviously, fall under the purview of the ATF.

Even if the Task Force just requested clarification on the reported and videoed white van at least the American people could eliminate an apparent second threat.

It was later reported that the white van had Arizona license plates, which one might surmise could not belong to Thomas Matthew Crooks, the alleged shooter. So, who was the owner of the white van? Were fingerprints retrieved? Whose fingerprints were found?

Was the owner of the white van questioned by the FBI or ATF about the explosives found? What is the explanation for a second automobile with explosives? Was there more than one assassin? Was the reason the white van was abandoned due to the owner being dead?

These questions would not be necessary if the Task Force would at least pose the questions to the ATF and FBI. And until such time as the Congressional investigators get around to even wondering about the mysterious white van, AbleChild will continue to be critical of the Task Force’s efforts.

Corrupt Media Obsess Over Luigi Mangione After Memory Holing Trump’s Would-Be Assassins

By: Beth Brelje December 13, 20241/2

The media builds a mystique around an alleged murderer while ignoring two gunmen who targeted a presidential candidate.

The media has raised the curiosity bar, and the new measure is Luigi Mangione, the accused assassin of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

Legacy media has shown a rare burst of old-fashioned reporting chops, digging deep into the life of Luigi Mangione, 26, who grew up in an $800,000 Towson, Maryland, home, had a wealthy real estate mogul grandfather, and suffered from back pain made worse after he went surfing in Hawaii and again when he slipped on a piece of paper, according to an ABC News report. Mangione was the 2016 valedictorian at the Gilman School in Baltimore, a private boys’ school with current tuition of nearly $38,000. The details are plentiful and the digging continues.

Rich kids are fascinating. Murder is fascinating. Manhunts are fascinating. Check, check, check. It’s like catnip to readers. And bonus, Luigi Mangione is, well of course we can’t say it, but folks have noticed: he happens to be good looking. And something about health insurance? His platform is not super clear. But health insurance is important, and way too expensive. The all-knowing media can fill in the gaps on that issue.

Mentally unstable media pieces popped up, like The Atlantic’s “This Is How Political Violence Goes Mainstream: The UnitedHealthcare shooting marks a new moment of normie extremism,” which describes Mangione as an average guy and argues, “The killing demonstrates how mainstream political violence is becoming.”Business Insider published a sympathetic, 1,500-word background on his life that talks about how he once started a book club, and how, friends say, even if he is found guilty, Mangione is a nice guy and they would be comfortable alone in a room with him.

You’ll need mouthwash if you read this headline from The Guardian out loud: “Luigi Mangione is the median American voter: He’s a highly educated, heterodox, politically homeless moderate – and that fact should terrify us all.”

Yuck. The media is building a mystique around an alleged murderer because he meets the magic media formula for a good story.

What is a good story? One that is easy to write, guaranteed to get clicks, and will distract readers from important news that might affect their lives. It is a story that promises to make you look here, not there.

With the media’s new bar,the importance of all shootings could be measured on a scale from Thomas Crooks (Forget this happened) to Luigi Mangione (Made-for-TV movie potential).

Who is Thomas Crooks? He should be a household name, but legacy media was not so interested in him. Crooks was the rooftop sniper who shot Donald Trump in the head at a Butler, Pennsylvania, rally on July 13. Crooks killed attendee Corey Comperatore and injured several others before he was shot and killed by the Secret Service on the scene. If not for a divinely timed turn of the head, Trump might have been killed.

Why is the media disinterested in the motivebehind the attempted assassination of a then-presidential candidate and now president-elect?Should we have a national conversation about what happened there? Nah. That boy was probably just touched in the head. That’s all you need to know. Move on folks, nothing to see here.
